First tried to overcharge me by 10 dollars. Still not sure I was not overcharged as I never received a receipt nor was my order displayed on the outdoor display. My order when I finally got it. It was delayed for some reason. Fries were hot. Ice tea had no ice and was warm. Chicken wraps were cold.

Went to Plover WI location…absolutely ridiculous…8-10 minute wait to order in drive thru and then had to wait 20+ minutes to get our food. Burgers were cold BUT the fries were hot and tasty. Felt really bad for the server who brought us our food. He was very nice and apologetic and mentioned there were only two of them working. Bright spot? Hubby got an onion ring in his order of fries 😂

These poor guys, ever sense this reopening you can tell they are greatly short staffed and trying their hardest. I particularly want to commemorate, Caleb, the poor guy who was running around doing his best to keep times low even while very busy and very short staffed. (Two people, even for a partial location that is absurd.) Poor guys, people need to just have a little empathy sometimes.

Stopped at this Burger King yesterday and wow, what a 180! You can really tell there’s new management in place. The service was fast and friendly, the food was fresh and way better than before. Everyone was polite and seemed to actually care. Definitely recommend this location now. Great job to the new team!

I realize it is a Burger King, so you shouldn't expect too much. However, this Culver's takes disgusting to a whole new level. We went there at 9:00 a.m to order breakfast. There was no one in the restaurant except us so they weren't busy. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant I was told they don't have any eggs. Mind you, this is 9:00 a.m. and there's no one else in the store so it's not like they just ran out. Because I was so hungry, I said go ahead and give me the sandwich without the egg just the sausage and cheese. Heathen proceeds to tell me it's still going to be the same price. My wife says how can it be the same price well you're not even giving us eggs on the sandwich, to which he says there's nothing he can do. He asked me what I want to drink with it. I say coffee because again it's 9:00 a.m. he then tells me oh, I'll have to make a pot. It's 9:00 a.m. people, there should always be coffee going. Then to top it all off, the guy at the counter not only stinks it looks like he hasn't bathed in a week, he had food lodged all over in his beard. So, he brings me the sandwich which looks like it was made two days ago and then thrown in the microwave. The plastic stuck to the bread and the bread was soaking wet with steam. Do yourself a favor and don't go into this disgusting place.

Don't go if you think a drive thru will be speedy . There was one person at the payment window when we drove up. Took 5 minutes to take the order. After we got our receipt, it took 12 minutes to get 2 croissants (told them twice we wanted ham but still got sausage) and a French toast. The food tasted fine.

If I could give this place a full on zero I would. Its a joke of an establishment that shouldn't even be open anymore. If you don't have staff or workers than can do their job shut down. I get handed out whats supposed to be a frozen strawberry and its basically a cup of liquid syrup. Waste of money. All of my food was wrong and messed up. I only go here once and a blue moon and EVERYTIME ITS MESSED UP AND I HAVE TO WAIT 20 minutes for my food.

Opened at 8am and when I walked in at 1130 there was no ice in soda machine and most of the sodas were unfilled and unavailable. The restaurant was dirty. The restaurant was empty but yet took us almost 10 minutes to get someone to take our order and another 15 to get the meal. Onion rings were not fried all the way...soggy and the order wasnt filled correctly. Dipping sauces were forgotten for the chicken fries and french fries given when onion rings were ordered and paid for. Another couple left without ordering due to how long it was taking. We will never be back.

lol you can tell they don’t really care. Have tried their breakfast a few times and won’t anymore because have been disappointed every time. Waited extra long for my French toast sticks and they were still visibly uncooked and mushy. Save yo money!
