“Rockman’s was great with communication, giving us lots of options for our pig roast buffet meal. The pig was finished and roasted on-site. The meal was one of the best we and our guests ever had for pork and brisket. The cornbread was mine over the top love. The meal was within budget predictions for us. They offered great kids meals for the 15 kids we had at the wedding. The only feedback to them was the short and inexperienced staff. The cleanup needs to be better by their staff, lots of mess and items missed on the tables after the meal. We never did a tasting but the food was incredible in taste. And Scott Rockman was irritable and not pleasant at the linen drop off Sunday after the wedding to our parents due to payment being in the mail versus given to him at that time or before the event. When your clients live out of town payment is online or checked through the mail, the owner needs to be flexible on this.“
