3 adults and 2 kids went for a bday celebration. They forgot to bring the kids food, we contacted the bartender and after adult food was brought, kids food was brought and we weren't charged for it. So, eventually all was ok, but have no plan to return for a group celebration.

Went for lunch today. My daughter ordered chicken strips and fries . The husband had a burger and I had steak and shrimp with broccoli and asparagus. My daughter’s food was good. Hubby was upset he ordered the “ just bacon burger “ assuming there would be a lot of bacon on it and nothing else. There was 2 slices of bacon on it and tons of other toppings. That’s not really such a big deal , but then he got grossed out as we all did because there is an obvious fly problem. The flies were landing all on us and all on our food. I understand it’s that time of year but this was extreme. If there’s that many flies in the dining area the kitchen must be swarming. I ordered my steak rare and it came medium well. The asparagus was also teeny tiny thin , like a lollipop stick and it was burnt. Our servers took her time asking us if our food was ok. By the time she came by everyone wanted to leave because they were grossed out by all the flies landing on us and our food. I asked if there was an extra charge for the asparagus and she said no and asked what was wrong with it. I told her it was burnt , which I shouldn’t have had to do it was crispy black at the ends. She goes to get manager , manager comes to table asks what’s wrong I ask for fly swatter because flies were out of control then I told her about the asparagus and she offered to remake it I said no because we were all finished and grossed out and didn’t want to be there any more. Our server didn’t apologize once , the manager didn’t apologize once. I wasn’t trying to get anything for free , but if you’re paying $100 for lunch you should at least be able to enjoy it. At the very least I would have tried for some type of customer recovery and offered at least an apology. Do better
