This Dunkin is always a hit or miss. My last visit a couple of young guys were working and gave me great customer service and suggestions. This visit today 2 ladies were working and were not friendly. I waited at the counter for quite a few minutes. After my order was taken and I continued to look for my coffee after my husbands fancy iced coffee was made I asked where is my black coffee and then they let me know they were out of the midnight blend which that’s okay but communicate that to me as you continue to work the drive thru as I wait for a basic black coffee.

We stop at a number of Dunkin on our travels. The Plover Dunkin is always efficient, clean, well stocked and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Incompetent staff! Kept arguing with me about ordering only 8 donuts! Told me they couldn't put only 8 donuts in a box, iwould have to get 12 if I wanted a box. Certain donuts had to go in a bag and on and on! Don't think I even left with the correct donuts! Now I am heading home to make the order presentable,as it is a gift for co-workers! Do not recommend!!!!!

Staff was friendly and donuts were tasty but both of my glazed donuts were frosting side against the bag. When I pulled them off, almost off of the frosting was left on the back. Could use better training for staff on how to serve donuts to make them worth buying.

First girl that took my order couldn't have sounded more rude and not interested if she tried. Another employee had take over halfway through my 2 coffee order since the first girl was rude, uninterested in listening and literally cut me off in the middle of ordering the 2nd coffee and had to tell her I wasn't done. Then a 2nd girl finished, she was amazing.
