if i messed up things at work at the rate these guys mess up my order i wouldnt be able to hold a job for more than a day Edit: Decided to give these guys a try again, yet again they cant stop messing up orders. how they do it with such consistency is insane. I stopped coming here cause they screwed them up nearly every other order, show up after half a year and finally get a correct order, and of course 2 or 3 times later it happens again.
Then they spammed my phone with like 4 phone calls in a few minutes. First i was told to toss it and it would be remade, then a few minutes later i get a phone call asking for it, i notify the lady its been tossed and they almost hang up on me. Then they call me an additional 2 times, at this point they are asking me to either halt what im doing and go retrieve it from the garbage for them. Or get in store credit, i say i dont have time and ill just take the in store credit, at which point they basically hang up on me again. I dont even know if they are going to correct the error or not. How is this place so dysfunctional?
Im used to stuff just entirely missing from the sandwiches, but random tomatoes on a cuban is a first.
For nearly 30$ for delivery of a single sandwich, a drink, and a bag of prepackaged chips, you guys should be able to manage to come correct, anything else is theft.

Everytime I order my food it's done fast and correctly, they messed up my drink once but the person taking my order seemed new still so I wasn't upset just was surprised it was lemonade instead of mellow yellow. Other then that it was still good food.

The food was delivered late, I can understand being busy and that's fine. But the order was also wrong. When I tried to call the store on 8/26, couldn't get though I have tried a few times from the times of 12:00-12:35. It went right to voicemail each time. This is awful customer service. Missed my lunch, sitting with a bad sandwich. Ended up having to drive down to the store to get the sandwich fixed. They gave me the line of "oh we saw you were trying to call" Okay, why didnt anyone pick up or call back? Wasn't offered anything, only got an I'm sorry. The delivery charge will still charged, the tip was still given.
After getting the correct sub the sandwich was still not up to par with a normal Jimmy Johns sandwich. The bread was rock hard. Very very disappointing. Hoping to get a contact back on this one, just an all around poor order... Order # 29192558717157376

Twice I ordered the #9 italyan sub and twice it was made wrong. Also asked for extra onion and barely got any. Won't go back when they can't make the sandwich that's advertised with the ingredients on the menu board. Mayo on an Italian sub? No vinegar/oil italyan dressing? No oregano sprinkle? Nothing was correct! Twice!.

I just got a #1 from this location, and the bread was as skinny as a breadstick! Shrinkflation. They actually cut the meat and cheese to fit it was do skinny. It was worth $3. Worst sandwich I've ever had in my life!
