Everytime I order my food it's done fast and correctly, they messed up my drink once but the person taking my order seemed new still so I wasn't upset just was surprised it was lemonade instead of mellow yellow. Other then that it was still good food.

The food was delivered late, I can understand being busy and that's fine. But the order was also wrong. When I tried to call the store on 8/26, couldn't get though I have tried a few times from the times of 12:00-12:35. It went right to voicemail each time. This is awful customer service. Missed my lunch, sitting with a bad sandwich. Ended up having to drive down to the store to get the sandwich fixed. They gave me the line of "oh we saw you were trying to call" Okay, why didnt anyone pick up or call back? Wasn't offered anything, only got an I'm sorry. The delivery charge will still charged, the tip was still given.
After getting the correct sub the sandwich was still not up to par with a normal Jimmy Johns sandwich. The bread was rock hard. Very very disappointing. Hoping to get a contact back on this one, just an all around poor order... Order # 29192558717157376

Twice I ordered the #9 italyan sub and twice it was made wrong. Also asked for extra onion and barely got any. Won't go back when they can't make the sandwich that's advertised with the ingredients on the menu board. Mayo on an Italian sub? No vinegar/oil italyan dressing? No oregano sprinkle? Nothing was correct! Twice!.

I just got a #1 from this location, and the bread was as skinny as a breadstick! Shrinkflation. They actually cut the meat and cheese to fit it was do skinny. It was worth $3. Worst sandwich I've ever had in my life!
We would off been better off eating a slice of ham cheese, n lettuce on bread at home. VERY SAD MEAL.

Very poor poor poor service for the third attempt. First spent $300 on catering a customer event. Food from package missing, no condiments, no napkins forks plates. Second time $250 spent and stated to be sure it was complete as ordered. Failure once again. Today was the third and last try. Another $220 and no condiments, no plates no napkins no forks for food needing forks. Poor service behind the counter and discussed issues over phone prior to pickup due to last two attempts…fail. Never go to this location if you need to take care of customers. They can only handle one sandwich and one chip at a time.
