Went on a Friday night. With a coupon for a bucket of chicken. With only 6 people inside the store. I waited 10 minutes to be waited on at the counter. After ordering my bucket of chicken, the lady told me there would be a 30-minute wait. I left, not wanting to wait that long for chicken. Don't really understand how KFC can't keep up with a chicken order. Isn't that all they sell? By the way, the same experience about a month ago. Very poor service.

I always think it’s going to be different. I love how they shut down the good one in point and left the shitty plover one. FOOD is NEVER ready! And food is always half missing. Really? Don’t put on the app if I’m going to be waiting for 15 extra mins. Even the drive through was getting food before me.

not a good choice. when i got my drink there was soda spilt all over it and it was very flat! and than we had to wait for my chicken nuggets and they we cold. mind you they were supposed to be fresh! with also taking a very long time.

My daughter and fiance wanted to treat my husband and me. They drove from Waupaca, WI to Plover, WI just to get KFC chicken. They ordered 2 buckets of chicken, one extra crispy and the other Original. Plus biscuits, 1 Cole Slaw and 4 mashed potatoes and 4 gravy. The chicken pieces were so tiny and we got mostly dark meat, which I can't eat. Not to mention there were pieces not fully cooked and the grease was disgusting. The chicken looked as if it had been just sitting in grease! The mashed potatoes tasted a bit sour and idk what was going on with the Cole Slaw. The Cole Slaw is usually my favorite. I skinned a piece of chicken and patted it down with a paper towel which made it barely tolerable. And I ate a biscuit. I threw the test of my plate away. I felt aweful for doing so since they went all that way and spent an exuberant amount of money on the meal. This KFC needs an overhaul!

NEVER AGAIN… this is just ridiculous ordered 3 things 2x 4 piece chickens with 2 sides for each Only got one 4 piece chicken and 3 sides. The pieces of chicken aren’t even worth saying they are chicken they are so small. And I don’t mind waiting I really don’t. But please let me know there is a wait after I have been waiting/ standing for my carry out for 15 mins. I live a bit aways and wanted to feed my husband and his brother so I can go home after a long day and relax but you’re missing over half my fricken ordere. I am not please the manager was not very nice at all when he had to reimburse me back for the chicken sandwich cause all I got was “ there is going to be a very long wait on your chicken sandwich” I mean I worked in food service I used to be a waitress for 9 years. I know things get busy and heckled around. But please for the love of mercy don’t be rude. I am very displeased with this KFC and I WONT be back. I paid over $30 for chicken that I didn’t even receive. I’m very disappointed with you and the fact that it looked like some of the works were just goofing off. Not happy. I wouldn’t even let my kids eat what I was given. Very sad.
