Waited 15 minutes never got my food gave up as I was on my lunch no one even came to the window to grab my payment so I just drove off kfc as gone way down hill anyways both the ones closed in my hometown so figured I’d try and get it while I was in town.

Usually 5 - 10+ minutes plus wait for my doordash orders which is about $2-4 of my time for each order I pick up here. Some of the employees are nice so two stars.

8/9/25 Edit: 14 minute wait after acceptance for a $5.00 order

Paid $17, didn't even receive my food, made a report refused to refund and said it was my fault. Never the less didn't get food stealing money from me. Wouldn't touch this place again.

They took 11 minutes to come to the speaker in the drive thru. 5 people behind me left because of that. Took them just as long for the people of front. They seem under staffed and one guy keeps stepping outside to vape then going back inside for just a couple minutes.. they clearly have more then 4 orders but he keeps going outside. Looks like only two people working and have been here for almost 30 minutes waiting at the speaker and then again ag the window. They didn’t care to tell me that there was a wait because they were running behind they just said “one minute” and I waited 11 before he came back to the speaker. Slow slow slow… I would go somewhere else next time.

There was s mistake with my food. The manager came outside talking Spanish to me( im assuming just because i have a flag in my car) . That was pretty offensive to me considering i has a conversation with two other employees previously to her going outside. I also felt like she was upset at me for her not taking my order correctly because of her tone, i had to be the one apologizing for the misunderstanding since she spoke to me defensively about taking my order wrong and it being my fault. Her coming outside talking to me Spanish was really messed up though

Went on a Friday night. With a coupon for a bucket of chicken. With only 6 people inside the store. I waited 10 minutes to be waited on at the counter. After ordering my bucket of chicken, the lady told me there would be a 30-minute wait.
I left, not wanting to wait that long for chicken. Don't really understand how KFC can't keep up with a chicken order. Isn't that all they sell? By the way, the same experience about a month ago. Very poor service.

Ran out of chicken had to wait for biscuits and cashier couldn't count change, bill was 53.01 and the penny messed him all up

KFC needs to close this place or upgrade and specially put a real manager there like a real one !!!! Chicken is the worse there!!!
