The worst service I have had in years. Walked in and stood within sight of the male manager who was facing me while talking to a female employee. It was 7pm and we were the only one's inside. Took him a full six minutes to bring the employees attention to me and my family. He went on to cuss loudly, and play innappropriate expletive ridden music at a very loud volume in the store. My husband went to ask for a condiment and was ignored for nearly 10 minutes since the manager and another employee were too busy find more offensive music to play (after makinv eye contact several times). Watched a single man and a woman with two children walk out after waiting for someone to help them, and they never showed. Only gave two stars because they gave us extra peices of chicken and sides we weren't charged for.

NO SIDES ? No mashed potatoes and gravy for him, and I didn't get my corn. We realized this after we drove 8 miles home with our "to go" food. Got home, looked in the big box and see 2 pieces of chicken and a hard, dry biscuit. NOT HAPPY!!!!**definitely WON'T BE BACK!

When I get fresh chicken (rarely) the food is DELICIOUS. However, I ALWAYS have poor service. The employees are very unhappy, wait is sometimes as long as 5 minutes just to place the order, and employees seem bothered by customers' presence/desire to order food.I do not know what goes on behind closed doors, at corporate, but they must be TOTALLY out of the loop on operations. This applies to EVERY KFC I patronize. Do they need to pay employees more? Why can't they retain employees? For the cost of their product I would think they would hire GREAT people, give incentives or whatever. I hope KFC figures out what the problem(s) are because I'm on the verge of getting chicken from other restaurants...and there are many of them. Sad though because I love their chicken.

Ordered an eight piece bucket meal for $30. I had not been to KFC for a while and was surprised at the price. When I got home I found the skin on most of the chicken was falling off and one of the biscuits was mangled. It looked like someone broke half of it off and put the rest in our box. I called to discuss this with the manager, he said that was not possible. No one would give us a biscuit like this. Ina rather unfriendly tone. Never have I been treated so rudely and called a Iiar by a business’s manager before. I would have been happy with an, “I am sorry this happened. I will ask my staff to be more careful.” I will not be going to KFC again. Truly disappointed in the way they treat customers.

this was the worst experience I have ever had at a KFC. My wife and I ordered our 3 piece box dinners as usual. My wife requested all white meat and I requested all dark meat,both original recipe. After a couple minutes we were informed that there was no white meat original recipe and my wife had to get extra crispy. They did not even offer to cook some original. So after getting our meals with mashed potatoes and cole slaw, we noticed there was only one fork on the tray. I was told they were out of forks and that the manager went to get more. After 15 minutes sitting at our table I went to the counter and asked for a fork to eat my food with. Still no forks and the manager had not gone to get them. After another 10 minutes we finally gave up on this place. NOT HAPPY at all and will not go there again.
