When I go to order food, I got an order of a 20 piece cook to order nuggets and extra onions on my mcdouble, the nuggets weren't fresh, the breading on the nuggets weren't crispy at all. I can tell by how it tastes and how the box doesn't feel as hot. The mcdouble however, only had a sprinkle. A SPRINKLE. Never ordering food from here again unless it's different people working in the kitchen honestly. No sticker of cook to order on my nuggets either.

Waited 15 minutes in lane two didn’t have anyone take my order had to pull up to second window just to order my food because 5 people went through lane 1 while I was sitting in lane two wishing for my order to be taken so I had to go order at the window and was there for a total of 50 minutes, so much for “fast food”

Literally went through the driver though and we got one of our order as a meal and we didn’t want a drink and he said “well it comes with a drink so you have to get one” and half the time they don’t make us and it’s just like why have an attitude. Then when we got our food it wasn’t even what we ansked and the lady with blonde hair and glasses made a nasty face when we told her about it. Like why is it such an issue just get it right the first time and we didn’t even receive our drink not even worth going back inside again to tell them. We always come to this McDonald’s it’s kinda disappointing.

I’ve been going to this McDonald’s for years and with the new owners I feel everything has just been a mess. I have been finding hair in my food the last couple of times. Employee cooking in the back without hair net and hair hanging over her face/shoulders tied improperly.
Cooks looking at me like I’m a crazy lady for bringing back a sandwich with hair melted into the cheese.

Experience at this McDonald’s was horrible. We placed an order ahead of time, got to the drive thru and waited forever before anyone helped us and then was told to please wait a moment. We waited again a really long time before someone came back to take our order. When we finally got to the window, there was a wait for our food. Damn awful and slow service. Never again!!!! 😒😒😒😒

a worker there. by the name on concetta. had the meanest attitude just horrible seemed like she didn’t even wanna be there hich i get but too take it out on me is just not okay. hopefully HR can do something about this. bright minds should be working at mcdonald’s not mean ones.

This McDonald’s is good. I come here like 3 times a week through the drive-through but this time was way different, my sprite wasn’t filled up all the way and I couldn’t really hear the person on the speaker. (I get if they were new but please speak up)
