The food was disgusting! It was cold and rubbery. My fries were very salty like as If they dipped it in oil and put it in the salt thing. I was waiting for someone to come and do my order for like 10 minutes, while one of the workers was just standing there staring us? She had blue hair. The same girl in kitchen, with blue hair was eating one of the nuggets from the crate without gloves. I was deeply disturbed and disgusted, I was also across the store in the corner minding my business when you could hear people in kitchen swearing! Unbelievable. No worker should be swearing with customers around thatâs unprofessional and inconsiderate.

Absolutely horrible service. There was swearing going on in the back area and in the kitchen. Waited almost 10 minutes just to place the order another 10 minutes to wait in line to pay and then almost 15 minutes until my food was done. The fries were burnt and my food wasnât even put together. It was just thrown together. For all that waiting And when I brought up that the food was thrown together I didnât even get a sorry weâll fix it. They just looked at me and shrugged.
Someone needs to be fired. Always getting the wrong order at drive thru.

Zero stars âď¸ Staff never knows what theyâre doing. Long waits for mobile orders that are simple. Itâs faster to go to a different location thatâs farther away Edited to say the buns were rubbery as if they were a few extra days old & our son who loves McDonaldâs kept asking if the ânew guy made the fries because something is off about them.â He refuses that we ever go to this location again.

When I go to order food, I got an order of a 20 piece cook to order nuggets and extra onions on my mcdouble, the nuggets weren't fresh, the breading on the nuggets weren't crispy at all. I can tell by how it tastes and how the box doesn't feel as hot. The mcdouble however, only had a sprinkle. A SPRINKLE. Never ordering food from here again unless it's different people working in the kitchen honestly. No sticker of cook to order on my nuggets either.

Waited 15 minutes in lane two didnât have anyone take my order had to pull up to second window just to order my food because 5 people went through lane 1 while I was sitting in lane two wishing for my order to be taken so I had to go order at the window and was there for a total of 50 minutes, so much for âfast foodâ

Literally went through the driver though and we got one of our order as a meal and we didnât want a drink and he said âwell it comes with a drink so you have to get oneâ and half the time they donât make us and itâs just like why have an attitude. Then when we got our food it wasnât even what we ansked and the lady with blonde hair and glasses made a nasty face when we told her about it. Like why is it such an issue just get it right the first time and we didnât even receive our drink not even worth going back inside again to tell them. We always come to this McDonaldâs itâs kinda disappointing.
