The manager and GM are rude and can't handle a simple conversation. They got mad at me because I wasn't mad enough idk. They also need to figure out that the customer doesn't work for them. Horrible!
went thru drivethru. ordered 2 #1's, 2 chicken nuggets happy meals, 2 cheese burgers, and a 10 piece nugget meal.
what we received...6, 10 piece nuggets, no fries, no burgers and the 2 happy meals. I'm sick of this plover location constantly getting orders screwed up.
Every. Single. Time. No matter what, whenever we order from this particular restaurant through DoorDash we end up with issues. Missing items, wrong items, no straws with our drinks, no napkins, cold food, the list goes on. It’s fucking pathetic. Starting to think I’ll have to drive to Stevens Point and hope to god their crew has their shit together.
