I literally just sat in the drive through for 30 FRICKEN MINUTES! For a frappe, 3 hash browns and 2 McGriddles. My frappe was melted by the time my food came. Nvm it didn’t come I had to go inside to get it! Annoyed!

Can't seem to get an order right.

Went through drive through. Had to pull forward and wait. Brought out wrong food. When I got home quarter pounder with cheese, cheese was not melted. Large fry was not half full and large coke was 2 inches below top of cup. I called and talked to manager. Said bring it in she would remake it. Ok It's 22 degrees outside, and I'm not going back to McDonald's. She said she couldn't compensate me any other way. This is not a first time event. I'm done with McDonald's. Rip off!

The manager and GM are rude and can't handle a simple conversation. They got mad at me because I wasn't mad enough idk. They also need to figure out that the customer doesn't work for them. Horrible!
Their general manager doesn't know how to handle customers and complaints. The other supervisor Maddy is just rude and nasty like you guys made a cheese burger WITHOUT the bun and then get mad because I'm not being rude enough. Get out of here! Neither one of those 2 deserve their jobs I see why the place has gone down hill so fast. They don't even know how to have a serious conversation or simply apologize instead they started calling ME names! I have kids that work in restaurants I know mistakes happen but they also need to be made aware of their mistakes or they'll never learn. So I stopped in to talk to Crystal the GM in person and she couldn't even carry on a conversation without getting upset and telling me that I was lying what do I want to happen?? Lol wow ok this is the GM talking I hope someone does something fast, in March this McDonald's had 18 violations downhill is much to simple of a statement!

They refused to give me my doordash order because I was timing their service. A wild eyed manager with a nose ring practically threw me out of the store. Again, because I had a timer on my phone. I told her it was for accountability and she just kept threatening to take me off the order. So I said that she could do whatever she had to do; because she was getting in my face, about a timer.

Not what it used to be. Seemed as if they were purposefully not taking orders. Me and the guy infront of me sat at speaker for 10 minutes each. Also got my order wrong.

Forgot our large fries, turned around and got them. Was not mad at first but then as we got on the road again we noticed they put Mac sauce on our regular cheeseburger. So had to turn around once again. The manager was so rude and impolite about the situation so never going back to this establishment again. Enough said!

Once in a while the wait is a little long when they are not busy, but otherwise it was McDonald's not much more can I say.

Took 20 minutes. Cold gross fries. Cold quarter pound cheese burger. This place sucks. Threw the food in the garbage. Are you kidding me? I wait and my food sucks. Unreal.

This drive thru is guaranteed to take at least 10 minutes of your day as then never have the food ready to go. Today, they had us sitting there for 20 minutes and forgot part of our order. Upon returning to ask for my missing item, I explained we had been in the drive through for 20 minutes, surely that was enough time to make sure our 5 items were in the bag? Someone started yelling about the missing sandwich, I was handed a cold sandwich and sent on my way. I used to like this Mcds but today’s service was unacceptable.
