Always getting nasty old food and never getting the right order. Overall bad service and experience

Every time I order on the app, I order way ahead of time and I’m still sitting in the lane for 15 to 20 minutes. The last few times my fries have been cold and not been filled up as well as fries or other items completely missing. I complained to McDonald’s corporate numerous times, but nobody does anything about it so they clearly don’t care that they’re messing up people’s orders and having people sitting and waiting for long periods of time.

Managers are awful and lie to minors about call in, discount and requesting off policies along with breaking HIPPA. This location needs mature management if they are supervising minors.

I have been buying 2 bags of ice once a week for over 30 years. I always go thru the drive thru, order, pay and they give it to me thru the 2nd window. Sounds easy, right? Well… tonight I pull in the drive thru, placed my order and was told I couldn’t get ice thru the drive thru and that I would have to come in if I wanted it. ??? I told the young man at the window I’ve never been told that before. For over 30 years I’ve ordered McDonald’s ice in various stores across America. This is the first time I was told they couldn’t hand it to me thru the window! Well McDonalds, tonight was the very last time I Patron your store! I will never, ever patron your company ever again. Culver’s is now my happy place.!!

They always mess up my order and always when through the drivethough they make you pull forward and wait anywhere from 10 to 20 mins, fries are always old and soggy, burgers are a either really good or are super old and gross like the dude that wears lipstick.
