Waited over 20 minutes in the drive-through with no updates, only to find out when I went inside that there were eight online orders being prioritized ahead of customers physically waiting in line. No communication, no apology, and no sense of urgency to help people who were already there. Terrible management and zero accountability for in-person guests. Would give 0 stars if I could

Not impressed with my service today!! I’ve been a member for a while now. Went here on lunch after running a few errands. Service was very poor, I got into the driveway & my food ordered but waiting 20ish minutes. That’s ridiculous!! Need better drive thru service.

Stopped around 10a not sure what would be available and low and behold, their normal menu. Excellent as I am a pushover for that Autumn Squash soup. Have had it from the store but this was my first time in a store. Food was all great, easily come back back.

Cant review the service and atmosphere as this was a drive through order that was picked up for me. Order two total pick two's, somehow they only managed to get 3 out of 4 items in the bag ( yes the person who picked up should of checked). The other problem is that one sandwich was ordered without cheese, and wouldnt you know it, there was cheese on it. So in actuality we only got 2 out of 4 items. This isnt the first mistake they have made, but it is strike 3. No panera anywhere ever again. Doesnt take high intelligence to make a sandwich and put it in a bag, so it makes one wonder about who they hired and what sanitary steps they are skipping.

I ordered and paid online for pickup in the drive-through. When I got to the pickup window, I was told that my order was given to a different customer but if I wait in the parking lot they would bring it out to me. After about 10 minutes my order was brought out to me. When I got home, the two bagels I ordered and paid for were not in the bag and the chips that were supposed to be the side for the sandwich were also missing.

The food and service is always good, but why do
you guys let the paper go into your bread? The kitchen staff was standing right in front of it and saw it, even grabbed bread out of it, but wouldn’t move it or do anything about it. hopefully there’s no
paper in my bread. It makes me not wanna eat the bread, not very appetizing lol…

Unique experience for a Panera. I think we had a new employee. Order was wrong. Had to go back twice. waited for soup and then again for my chai tea. Bathroom was disgusting.

Always good food, however i was disappointed they were out of bread bowls the day i went :( ok portions for the price, very slow though, waited atleast 30 minutes for food.

I ordered twice today. The first time they ended up forgetting a sandwich so I had to call and deal with door dash customer service. After a 30 min phone call with door dash i was able to reorder the food I was missing. I then was able to talk to a manager at panera bread and asked if I could get one free dessert for the hassle. He gracefully accepted my request. Once my food was delivered to my surprise a whole box of dessert was in my order. Thank you soo much for the care you workers put in!
