Unique experience for a Panera. I think we had a new employee. Order was wrong. Had to go back twice. waited for soup and then again for my chai tea. Bathroom was disgusting.

I ordered twice today. The first time they ended up forgetting a sandwich so I had to call and deal with door dash customer service. After a 30 min phone call with door dash i was able to reorder the food I was missing. I then was able to talk to a manager at panera bread and asked if I could get one free dessert for the hassle. He gracefully accepted my request. Once my food was delivered to my surprise a whole box of dessert was in my order. Thank you soo much for the care you workers put in!

Some dude named Gaberiel novotny was giving us faces and attitude and made the whole experience terrible and he basically slammed my food on the counter 10/10 do not recommend atleast when he's working

I love everything about the food at Panera except the prices. It's getting to be a bit much for us to eat there as regularly as we used to. We now come once every couple months instead of a few times a month. Wish you would offer coupons or specials...and not on drinks.
Got a breakfast sandwich from the drive thru. It was quick and delicious. The cashier was very friendly.

Went through the drive up and ordered a bagel. The person at the window had a mask on and stayed behind the glass. Completely. I could barely hear the person and she acted like she was afraid to have eye contact with me. I asked her if she was sick and she said “a little“. The only thing that I could see on her was her arm giving me the bag. If she’s this sick, I don’t think she should be working around food but the biggest complaint is my bagel. It doesn’t even look like a bagel. There’s no hole in the middle And I’ve seen an English muffin that was bigger than this. Unfortunately, by the time I opened my bag and saw this, I was too far away to return. Very disappointing! The bagel had a rancid taste to it. Had to throw it away.

Their food is delicious! We drove through Sunday mid morning and ordered breakfast sandwiches and 2 coffee. The bread was warm and had a nice crispy finish. The bacon on one sandwich was excellent in taste and texture. And to mention we had whatever the rich roast coffee was, it smelled and tasted great AND was not too hot, we could drink it right away. The actual staff that we met at the window was very nice and friendly, but the wait was extremely long for 2 sandwiches and 2 coffee. I'd suggest order ahead of time and pick up inside, might be less wait!

So I’ve been there twice the first time everyone was super nice the second time was last night the guy cashier said he couldn’t do my sandwich I wanted because they “ran out of bagels” first it’s not on bagels it’s on sourdough which I found out you guys did have cuz my bf had a sandwich with sourdough second there were brand new bagels in bags behind him so there was no reason I couldn’t get my sandwich he also offered my bf the cheaper combos but because I had money he didn’t offer it to me
