We chose Rockman's Catering for our wedding food and catering needs, and we were not disappointed! We had the brisket and chicken fondue bake and they were absolutely delicious! Our guests were raving about the food all night, and the food is still mentioned any time our wedding is brought up. The staff were very friendly and efficient; they checked in with us to make sure they were meeting our needs. We also used 2 of their bartenders, and I heard nothing but positive things about their service during and after the wedding. I will definitely be recommending Rockman's Catering, and if we need catering service in the future, they will be the ones we go to. We had our wedding in June of 2025. Rockman's did a great job with just about everything for our wedding. They were great at communicating and patient with our requests. It was nice to see multiple entrees that were GF, especially since the groom has celiac, as well as a dozen of our guests. We went with the parm-crusted chicken and the brisket. Everyone was raving about the brisket! I have to knock a star because they mixed the Gluten Free buns with all the other buns. And they also put the croutons on the salad. It was a big bummer the groom could not have bread or salad because of these mistakes. Overall a good experience!

We declined the dessert that comes with the buffet because we had our own cake, but they had a staff member who was able to cut the cake for us. We gave them a more complicated plan with plated food selections paired with a unique venue x cold weather, and the food was complimented by so many guests, not one plate cold! We worked with Rockman catering to serve our cocktail hour and dinner for our wedding. Everything about the process was great. They have a really wide selection of items to choose from. The staff was very communicative during planning and helped us make lots of adjustments along the way as we planned. We had quite a few guests with specific allergy and dietary restrictions, and they were incredibly accommodating and conscientious of those needs. All of the food was really delicious and well done! Would definitely recommend their services.
Rockman’s was a fantastic pick for a wedding! Everyone from the tasting to the event day, was very pleasant to work with! At the wedding, we were asked how everything was going 5-6 times and staff was very welcoming and had a smile on their faces. Absolutely would recommend and food was amazing!

Let me tell you hwhat.. They catered our Cinco De Mayo lunch at WSC, and the food was top notch.. Perfectly cooked chicken, seasoned perfectly, the beef was amazing.. and those cranberry cream cheese bars?! A bag of good weed and a plate of those bars and we would have world peace.. I'm not from Wisconsin, I'm a New Orleans boy, born and bred, and the attention to detail with their food made me feel like I was back home.. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could..And I almost forgot the staff!! Those two guys were great! Funny, engaging, talked about the food with a passion that you know comes from a love of what they do.. They deserve a raise.. And a company car.. Maybe a hug.. Awesome dudes, really..
