How is it possible they deny giving me the receipt for my order, this is illegal. Then they said they were out of paper which doesn’t justify not giving an electronic receipt as an alternative.

I usually don’t leave negative comments but this interaction really affected my day. I tried to do something good for someone and purchase the order behind me. The associate took so long to come to the window and once she did, she did not greet me whatsoever. Very limited communication with no respect. She handed me the incorrect order at first and then proceeded to forget my own order. When she handed me the correct order, I didn’t know if she had charged me for the person behind me as that was the first thing I asked for. She mumbled that they had a mobile order but I had to ask again because I could barely hear her. I was given no receipt for my own order and I didn’t get a thank you or have a great day! I did not know if my order was complete, so I sat there until she came back to the window. I requested to still pay for the person behind the person that had the mobile order. Again, no clarification when i paid for the order on if it was complete or not. I am unsatisfied with the behavior of this location as this is not the first bad experience.

The Starbucks is located right off of the busy interstate, perfect for needing caffeine but horrible if you need to go to the bathroom because they do not have a public restroom I’m giving it one star because Starbucks should have bathrooms! That’s ridiculous and lazy!

Somehow this Starbucks FORGETS!! Something on my drink every single time I go. Today I went with my mom and got my usual drink with cold foam. Somehow they forgot my cold foam. Usually they forget my caramel drizzle. They always forget stuff I paid extra for and I’m getting pissed now. These employees either need to learn how to read or just do what the order says.

My Hazelnut Oatmilk shaken espresso had no oatmilk in it this morning. I had to throw it out. Very disappointed. I go to this location often, never had a problem.
when i accidentally placed my mobile order to the wrong starbucks, the staff remade my drink there for free. they were so kind and willing to help me out! 10/10 would go here again due to the awesome staff!
