Was refused service.. employees wouldn't even take my order. Was told to use the computer. I dont work at taco bell. Completely unacceptable.. same thing with the location on hwy 10 E. I won't go back and I will make sure everyone i know doesn't go there. Very unprofessional

The food here is always banging! This is the only taco bell in the area I will go to. There is almost always a long wait here so get over that now. Mind you it's better to be told about a wait but just expect one. I've never waited less then 10 min here. Depending on the time/staff you can generally get a very good experience at this taco bell compared to the rest.
Lack of communication from staff to customers SOMETIMES. But again it's the only taco bell I feel comfortable going to so.

DON’T come here. Save yourself the time and go to one of the other fast food places near here. The service here is probably the worst I have experienced. I waited over 20 minutes for a mobile order in the drive through line. I was the only customer when I pulled up. They were more focused on the people inside the restaurant who arrived long after I got there. I know the people behind me were also not happy. Three cars of the 4 behind me left the line. The food also is not that great and something is always messed up. Definitely not worth your time and money. I’ll plan to stick with going to Culver’s from now on as they have never disappointed me.

I deliver for Doordash. I stood in there for 15 minutes waiting for a three item order during a time where they weren't very busy. After 15 minutes of no one coming up or inquiring what order I was there for I finally got a chance to ask a team member about the order. They came back 5 minutes later saying they were waiting on ground beef and asked if I could ask the customer for a replacement. I promptly unassigned the order and left. Another girl came in while I was waiting saying she was sitting in the drive through for 30 minutes waiting for her order to be taken. I hope I never have to deliver for this location again

Placed order and had to wait over 15 minutes in the drive through to receive it. The 3 steak quesadillas that I ordered were ice cold, had NO sauce in them, and had barely any other ingredients. Pretty wild when they cost almost 7 dollars a piece.
This is by far the worst taco bell I have been to in a long time. At best, it's alright sometimes but more often its terrible. I dont think the owner cares much about this location or something. The chicken in my burrito was as hard as a rock to bite into and dry as ever, seemed like it sat out forever before it got served to me. Yes that is a big burnt chunk of something that was stuck to the side of my burrito. Thankfully I didnt have to eat it, it ended up in the garbage along with my burrito.

I’m extremely disappointed with this location today. I’ve never had a problem with our food here and today not only was half the food not edible the service was completely rude and terrible. The regular hard shell tacos tasted like stale cardboard to the point my husband couldn’t even just stomach it. The person running the drive through was completely rude. I ordered the chicken quesadilla combo and politely asked right away if I could upgrade to a supreme softshell beef taco and he instantly gave me attitude ignored my question on the upgrade and rudely said DRINK…I gave my answer and then politely asked about the upgraded taco and in an irritated and angry response goes I already did it! Get home he most certainly did not.
