Very poor hygiene practices as far as the cooks go. Watched them wipe their faces and hair and never to change gloves. One of the cooks didnt even ware his gloved and was touching the food. Very unappetizing and disgusting.

Average sit down. Good selection of burgers and other things. Would be a good place to take your uncle who's visiting from Iowa or something.

Disappointed. We have eaten at CG before in other locations. Food was good, service was v e r y s l o w. It was not very but our server disappeared after taking our order and it took forever for 1 burger and 1 salad. Lots of other options nearby. I'll go elsewhere next time.

Food was way better than expected, and the burgers are BIG. I had no wait for service or food so it's not that crowded. Fair pricing on food and drinks. Great place to eat and hang out.

Went for the breakfast buffet . For the price of what you pay and get , was not impressed . Bacon scraps . Tator tots instead of hashbrowns . Should have had a variety of pizzas to choose from . Like it use to be before it swtiched hands . Mac n cheese , was dry . One whole section that used to be used , no longer is . . Had a great waitress

came in valentines day waited an hour and 45 minutes to find out our order was never placed along with many other tables got up and walked out. dirty glasses poor attitude from staff and under staffed nobody knew what was going on.

Got sick from the food. Ordered two burgers for me and a buddy. Asked for med well. When we got our food it was cold and under cooked. Not even safe for consumation. Asked for another but they decided to just throw the same burger on the that I ate part of already and over cooked it. Worse service ever. Did not even taste good would not recommend. Good server.

We were 1 of 2 tables in the building. Waiter was extremely slow. Kids got their food & nearly finished it before ours was even brought out. Chili was never served with the meal. Waiter offers it to go. We never received it & it wasn’t taken off the bill. Waiter did not care. Good food- worst service ever.
Literally came here just over 20 minutes ago. We got waters and our server walked by multiple times without taking our order. There was very few people there, and they were just standing around talking. My husband and I walked out after waiting 15+minutes and went to pizza ranch instead. Didn't even have a chance to spend any money and definitely won't come back.

Really Great place! Great food. Nice atmosphere. Usually no waiting for a table. The Rib Sandwich is excellent! Unique burgers and chicken breast sandwiches are great too. Burger "fixings bar" to top your burger however you want.

Walked in tonight at about 7:30 and stood there for over five minutes waiting to be seated. Finally decided it obviously wasn’t that important to them. Left and went across the street. I was greeted, seated, and had a server to my table in about a minute. The place across the street had five times as many customers as well. No excuses Charcoal. Get it together.
