After making my order wrong after two tries I finally just gave up. I'm not a picky eater but having IBD, there's just some stuff I can't eat. Too stressful and won't be going back.

Service in the drive-thru was ruff she talked so fast couldn't understand 1/2 of what she said when we received the order it was wrong. What was Worse she had the nerve to be upset 😡 . Customer service isn't what it used to be anywhere anymore.

We waited 40 minutes in the drve through, went inside and found out our order was deleted. No one checked on us, my onion rings weren't even extra crispy.

Dylan was an ABSOLUTELY incredible employee being able to manage our 30-ish people long order on his very first day, and manage tax-exempt on top of all that!! WAY TO GO!!! YOU'RE AWESOME!!!!
