I ordered two burgers one double and one single deluxe. I end up getting two double deluxe. ( I guess I shouldn't complain) One of my hamburger patties was not all the way done! The pink in the middle turns my stomach off! I gave the patties to my dog.

The food was fantastic, the service was excellent, and everyone we saw working there was genuinely welcoming and friendly (shoutout to Colton for an especially great job!) The employees working tonight clearly don’t have good time management skills or something because I went there on my lunch break tonight and all I ordered was fries and a cooler, and there was only 1 vehicle in front of me and one that pulled up shortly after me so it’s not like they were packed and super busy so I don’t really see reason for me to sit waiting for 12 minutes and end up having to leave to make it back to work. I usually don’t have any problems here but that was very frustrating to spend my last 10 dollars just to sit there waiting so long for 2 things n then not even get what I was waiting for.

They treat you like you are family. We love the Plymouth Culver’s. It’s like going home for lunch and mom’s cooking. It is always clean when people leave after they say bye and thanks for coming someone goes over and cleans the table. I am one of those that always has to go to the bathroom and it is a pleasure to there it is always clean. I made a miss one time I told them and they were right there to clean it up. That was impressive. We will come back.
Dietary restrictions: I have no problem not getting a bun with my hamburger. They sometimes remind me no bun right. I love that they know what I like and how I like it. Plymouth Culver’s is awesome.the workers we usually talk to are Bobby, Cathy,Vicky,Tyler,Jean,Bobby,s wife, and Erica of course. Also others that are working that I don’t know their names.
Parking: Also handicapped parking.they also greet the children
