My favorite Dairy Queen to go to! The service is always friendly and I always receive a compliment which is a plus! The food is always hot and so good! We love the chicken baskets and slushies!

I placed an an online order for pickup. When I got to the restaurant they had my ice cream order sitting out melted. They didn't give me the fries included with the meals. I had to ask twice for all my food I ordered. And then when I got back I realized they didn't give me all the ice cream we ordered. My food was all dumped out of the containers. If customer service was good I wouldn't complain but they were rude and not helpful at all.

Pretty sure we got heat lamp old food. Cheese curds literally were fried so long there was no cheese in them. The onion rings were unbreakable and scratched my gums.. The chicken strips were SOAKED in the garlic sauce and even my Cotton Candy Blizzard wasn't good 😠I like them mixed thoroughly. Whatever the chunks where were gross in it. I called and they said I could come back to get "Fresh" one's. it should have been fresh from the start!!!

This location has gone down hill big time. Second time in a row that our food was clearly microwaved after sitting out for who knows how long. Pretzel sticks hard as a rock. Our food was thrown away.

The steak sandwich was not like they used to be. Tasted like a warmed up burger, really dry and didn't taste like steak! Definitely not the "famous steak sandwich" they describe!

I ordered ahead of time, added more at the window and not only was the food previously ordered still warm, the young lady at the window was very pleasent and was able to complete the task at hand. Thank for your service and the good attitude.

Do not order on the app from here, they can’t find your order then claim your card was declined, when calling the credit card company it was not. The manager was not helpful at all told me to call Dairy Queen corporate lol! Then no receipt to get the rewards! Definitely not going there again!

What separates the DQ from other fast foods was always the fresh hard rolls. Now you need to order special. If you forget you get a subpar sandwich. I believe it was a mistake making this optional. Go the other way, make it an option to receive the lesser bun, my guess is nobody would downgrade for the little savings.
