Do not eat here. I ordered 3 times for pickup and everytime the sandwich was screwed up and not how I had customized it in the app. Every single time it had tomatoes when I selected NO TOMATOES and another time it had the tomatoes when I still selected no tomatoes and was also missing all the extras i added like onions and mustard like what the heck guys come on? Theres something wrong with their order system or something online. Also I got extremely sick after eating here and did not see proper sanitary conditions being met behind the counter which I think is why I got sick, someone not being sanitary in the kitchen. Eat at the JJ's in sheboygan and save yourself the diarrhea and food poisoning please.

I order from here probably a couple of times a month. The food is always good, but they’re not quite “freaky fast.” It’s usually about 40 minutes per order, sometimes longer. If you don’t mind waiting, or picking it up yourself, it’s a decent sandwich.

The plymouth location is my FAVORITE!! They get my order right every time and have the best staff. Shout out to JEWEL and LIAM! I come for the great food, but definitely return for the service. Ps. Number 7 as a wrap is by far the best!

I made an order on DoorDash and ended up waiting over an hour for them to say that they delivered my food on app. Tried to contact them multiple times with no answer. I wouldn’t recommend.
All I have to say is when placing ur order online do not I repeat DO NOT expect ur sandwich to be made the proper way I order a 5 Vito and every time they always add mayo, the sandwich doesn't even have mayo on it. Please management get ur act together and train ur staff not to be zombies on a work line and to actually make the sandwiches the correct way.

Two times I have ordered Uber Eats from here and both times the order went to a location in Illinois resulting in an undeliverable transaction. Uber Eats cannot provide a refund after spending over 2 hours with their customer support.Do not use this service.

This Jimmy John’s is new but they’ve had enough time to properly train employees. I come here often because it’s my kiddos favorite. On more than one occasion I’ve observed improper food handling. Specifically gloved individuals touching their face, phones, markers, the register and then go right back to working with food or bread dough - a big no no. Proper handwashing needs to be drilled into them if they want to succeed. Also, could be so much freaky faster….
