Generally I would say I am a fan of this place but tonight we ordered food for pick up. I was given a total and thought i had miss heard it considering the online total came to $31.9. It turns out that i didn't miss hear the person since the total came out to 42.54. So i pointed the discrepancy at the restaurant. I was offered no apology and no attempt was made to reconcile the issue the only thing the person at the register did was take my card and look at a menu… This is pretty poor practice to raise prices and fail to change them in real time and also not be willing to address the issue… I will definitely be far less likely to consider Pacifico in the future.
Food was okay at best. Small portions and very high prices. There are other affordable options in town or in Sheboygan. Honestly, unless you have a large party and want to do margaritas and have a fresh supply of chips and salsa coming for free, I would say pass on this one.
