Do yourself a favor and just don’t go here. It would be faster and cheaper to walk into Walmart and get the fixings to make your own sandwich.

Had a sandwich artist named James that was fantastic. I rattled off a variety of Toppings and he was great about making sure I got what I wanted. As a customer, we need to take a step back sometimes and slow down when ordering. He did great and provided awesome service. Hoping he gets recognized positively as a result and creates a continued great environment for customers in the future.

I have never had a bad experience here until today! The lady taking care of my order had long, blonde hair that was greasy looking and it was not tied back and she wasn’t wearing a mask! I’m APPALLED that she didn’t have her hair tied back; that’s disgusting when you’re working with food. Then she burnt one of the sandwiches I ordered and didn’t think to make a new one. Definitely will not be going back if she’s working.

I was in today around 11:30am and a young man made my boyfriend the best spicy ? buffalo chicken sandwich he's ever had! Definitely will be getting it again! Can't remember the man's name but he was very polite and personable.

The worst subway I've ever been to. Employees always seem undertrained. Girl who made my sandwich used a dirty knife to cut my sandwich and didnt change gloves between her last order and mine so she got bbq sauce all over my bread (seems like a major hazard if someone were to be allergic). Took well over 20 minutes to get 3 sandwiches.

Very dissatisfied with the service I received at this location. I had placed an online order for 5 sandwiches including 2 meals to pick up after my shopping trip. Upon arriving home to feed my young children while I put groceries away before leaving for work, I discovered 4 out of the 5 sandwiches were made incorrectly. I understand mistakes happen, however when you order a sandwich that contains only meat and they decide to add marinara sauce and cheese to them....3 ft longs weren't even cut, I was given the wrong wraps on the 2 that were ordered and was shorted 2 cookies (yes I double checked it is all on the receipt). When I called the store the associate tried to say that this information was not in the order, as I read the receipt off to her. She then informed me that she didn't know what I wanted her to do about it because they were closing.... I have attempted to contact headquarters and that seems to be going nowhere as well, again I understand mistakes happen, but when I spend $50 on sandwiches I kind of expect it to be what I had ordered... Where is the 0 Stars button?

If you want good customer service and a great experience I would NOT recommend thos subway. The worker literally said "The customers in Elkhart Lake are nicer" after taking forever to make sandwiches for about 4 of us in line. And none of us had complained about the wait!!! Can you say RUDE!

The person Tristan that waited on us right away however did not see if he washed his hands before coming out from the back room... did a very good job and a very nice kid our sandwich was made well we could actually taste the seafood on our bread I hate how very little they put on you cannot even taste what you are paying for...veggies looked fresh and good. Then table I was going to sit at the bench was not wiped down and had a sticker of some sort on it. I was looking for the bread choices and could not find it Tristan showed me but I could not read the choices it was on the window I guess to me it did not look like it was the choices of the bread it looked like something else I feel it needs to be a bigger sign for people having trouble seeing fine print. I was not there at a busy time it was later at night things looked clean as far as the sandwich making area all in all I do think it was pretty good little surprised one person only was working I feel two at least should be there for safety sake and for helping with things. I also think they should be wearing name tags so that we can see their names and if we have issues can at least tell the manager who the person was.
