Cold rye bread with corned beef is apparently what they call a reuben here. As a fan of rueben sandwiches. Im appalled corp. allowed this thing I just tried to eat to be labeled a rueben. Sad day.

Like many fast food places, this location has faced labor shortages BUT even with only 2 staff members, they were quick (as far as Arby's goes, they are known for quality over speed to begin with), accurate, and courteous. They are also raising money for Ozaukee Family Promise which is a tremendous fundraiser

Ok for an arby’s…service was slow mostly because the young woman taking orders seemed pretty new. I didn’t fault that, but my large curly fries had 2 curls and all the rest were one inch broken pieces. Oh well

I was so excited to go here because I haven’t had it for about 20 years. It was well worth the wait. The fries, burger, and especially the jalapeño poppers were all better than expected and worth the wait.

I’m so glad that this location hires and employs people with disabilities, I think it’s an awesome thing. The girl at the window today was kind, but She just wasn’t quite there and didn’t understand my question's. I told her about 10 times what I wanted and she didn’t understand, so I gave up and just went with the chicken sandwich she thought she heard. I really wanted a roast beef sandwich, but that’s ok I guess.
I've eaten at an Arby's since 1971. This one is good. The wait is a little long but I like they make it fresh.
