Beef and cheddar is suppose to have a sauce on the sandwich and mine didn't come with it.sandwich is cold everytime I come. (2times a year) I like the Arby's in kohler, much better service. The lady at the register is a bit--. She gave me a roast beef instead of a beef N cheddar

I’m so glad that this location hires and employs people with disabilities, I think it’s an awesome thing. The girl at the window today was kind, but She just wasn’t quite there and didn’t understand my question's. I told her about 10 times what I wanted and she didn’t understand, so I gave up and just went with the chicken sandwich she thought she heard. I really wanted a roast beef sandwich, but that’s ok I guess.

The guy working the drive-thru clearly didn’t want to be there—he wasn’t even wearing the proper uniform, just a leather jacket. On top of that, he forgot the meat on my Reuben sandwich. I asked if they could remake it or issue a refund, but they refused. So… that’s cool, I guess.
P.s. I'm not an a-hole, just figured a 7 dollar sandwich would have a little more meat on it. Picture attached.

What can't they give u more than one Arby's sauce is there some kind of shortage. And when u ask for it seems like the end of the world.

Ordered the deep-fried turkey sandwich. Turkey was ice cold. Staff stated it was a cold sandwich, online advertises it as a hot sandwich. Sure, the turkey is pre-cooked, but I made sure to heat the sandwich through when I got home.

Parking: Doesn't look like it gets busy. So I'm guessing there will always be parking. Enough for about 20 to 30 cars
