Ordered the deep-fried turkey sandwich. Turkey was ice cold. Staff stated it was a cold sandwich, online advertises it as a hot sandwich. Sure, the turkey is pre-cooked, but I made sure to heat the sandwich through when I got home.

Parking: Doesn't look like it gets busy. So I'm guessing there will always be parking. Enough for about 20 to 30 cars
Was in drive thru..waited to order. Got to pay and the cashier forgot to tell whoever to make the food...waited again for the food to be done...about 5 minutes...ordered the French dip...asked if they had the dip they said yes. Got home checked the bag...and surprise no damn dip! Everytime I go to this Arby's it's some BS! Too bad it's the closest one to wear I live.

Waited forever to get order taken, the edge of the roast beef was hard and dried out, fries were 2 hrs old and the lady who ordered before me was waiting when I walked in and still waiting when I finally left. I’m scared to try the cherry turn over that was pre bagged I couldn’t see when I ordered it. Wont be back!

I don't know how it manages to have 3.8 stars. At the height of lunch our, you can look across from the empty Arby's to the bustling McDonald's across the street. It's possible to get good food here, but they have absolutely no care for quality control, and will feed you fries that are so old you literally can't chew through them. (That does not describe an isolated incident. It's somewhere between a coin flip and the role of a die.) And good luck if you want to customize an order at all.

This is one of my favorite fast food restaurants ever and has been for several years now. This particular location has always had friendly service and I can't say I've ever dined in here with dirty tables like others have mentioned.
That's one thing about Arby's that I love is that there really isn't any competition out there unless there's a smaller regional chain somewhere in the country that has a similar taste that I don't know about.
The very best thing about this place is their roast beef drenched in their signature sauce. Gimme a half-pound badboy, put the Arby's on it as well as dippin' the sandwich in the sauce; MMM MMM MMMM TOO GOOD!!!
Any visit I ever make regardless of location is always a treat. I'm always happy to ring that bell on the way out being anywhere I've been to I've always had great service.
Port Washington serves as the 1/3 mark on the way to Door County which this past trip was our 3rd time up there as well as our 3rd time dining in here only this time we hit up this place on the way home which is in the northeastern most county of IL.
Probably won't be dining here anytime soon unless we have another road trip going past this way. This is one taste I'll never ever get tired of and hope for continued success & prosperity for the owner(s).

Arby's used to be my fave fast food (back in the 1960's anyway) but damn I do not like their roast beef these days. I do miss their hot ham and cheese and their potato cakes.
