China King Chinese Restaurant: Take Out

Lady that answer the phone is rude as can be. But that's not the worst part. The food gave my whole family, old and young, food poisoning. Worst experience ever! Had to notify dept of public health.

1) They never said hello, thank you or good bye when they answered the phone

2) ordered 2 combo plates that came with chicken fried rice. The rice wasn't cooked through and the onion was completely raw. When I called to alert them to the issue, the same lady answered the phone who took my order, and she could of cared less about the issue.

There are plenty of other dining issues in the immediate area - go there! . And there are other Chinese restaurants to order from who actually have pride in their product and service.I suggest letting your feet do the talking and taking your business there. You have zero recourse for an crappy, expensive meal at China King.

Ok so maybe it's dusty and doesn't offer alot of seating room. But the food is FIRE. This is by far the BEST Chinese food around. The price for what you get is amazing too! I definitely would say Best In Area for food and service

We just had a terrible experience at the China King Carry out Restaurant. We are from out of town came to Port Washington for a bowling tournament event and went to find a Chinese restaurant before we left town. What we found was terrible service and rudeness. We didn’t know every dish we order had onions in it. The ingredients are listed on the menu but no mention of onions. The girl at the counter looked like she disliked being there. She did not smile. When we got the food and told her we couldn’t eat onions she looked like she was going to cry & started talking in Chinese to the cooks in the back. She called the owner on the phone which was her mother, She handed the phone to me. The woman on the phone told me she cannot give us our money back since we ordered it. She was wasting food and could make us more without onions for half the price. She said it wasn’t her fault. We left hungry and went to another restaurant. We lost $40 and left hungry because we ordered food with onions and the owner told me she was right. Just a bad experience all around.

We come here often to get their General tso chicken and crab cream cheese wontons.This is a solid Chinese-American restaurant.

There Sesame chicken is made with drumstick meat. That is the reason I was told in most likely was so tough I could not eat it at all. When I brought my concern to the person at the counter she made a lot of excuses and told me that's how it's supposed to be. I'm a chef and have been for over 30 years in fine dining restaurants and when I brought this up to her she said everybody's a cook or a chef. I would not go back to this place nor would i recommend it.

I stopped going here a very long time ago. My son keeps begging me to get a carryout but they'll never get my business again.We've gotten carryout orders for over a decade and ordered the same thing without issues. The one time our two orders had less than firm shrimp. I called right away to say something. Jackie told me she'd write it down. I was never asked to come back in.When I commented to JUDY the next time I went in I mentioned this. She couldn't tell me enough times how she didn't believe that. Without saying so, blatantly accused me of being a liar. I have no reason to lie. Not like I'm looking to make trouble or get free food when I'd been coming for years.Talk about poor customer service. Until this incident, we've always enjoyed the food here. I miss the convenience but there are plenty of other options.

The shrimp egg foo young is the best here!!! Try it-you won't be disappointed! The service is quick and efficient, with great portions. It's one of my favorite places in the area!

Great food. Pretty small place, so don't expect to have a family sit down there. However, very friendly, and funny staff. Fast and delicious.

Very poor customer service rude and disrespectful. The food sucks too typical Chines American cuisine tasteless rice.
