Went through the drive through on the morning of 9/2/25. After waiting a while my food came out without my raspberry milkshake. The employee went back in to get it. Waiting again. Employee comes out with something that was not a raspberry milkshake. He goes back in. Waiting again.. Employee comes and says here’s your strawberry milkshake. Tell him again, raspberry.. Employee goes inside and so do i. I ask for a manager. Tell him the issue . They give me the shake but no apology on the service or anything. Manager did not say anything. Never again. Food was already cold by the time i left the parking lot.

Culver's as a restaurant offers consistent and good food. This location offers consistently lacking service. How does it take 20 minutes to get a concrete mixer? By forgetting about taking it to the customer. And when you finally do take it to the customer it's melted. That's ignorant. This location is a joke
Consistent failure of Good service and timely service. On my first visit I order 2 shakes and it took 40 minutes to get in the drive thru. Not an exaggeration. Horrible service all around.
On my second visit i literally get 2 cheeseburgers, and watch as larger orders are handed out behind me. BS the wait times.

👎I went to culvers last night for the walleye dinner which has always been good. Not so this time. the fish was undercooked and a bit slimy and the fries were cold. when i asked one of the servers for another container of tartar sauce and was told i would have to go up to the counter for that. i went to the counter to get it and i was told i would have to pay 38cents for one. well after our party spending over 60 dollars you would think i would not have to pay for one. I could have went to most any other restaurant in town and got a better dining expierence. I will never go to culvers again.you lost a customer over 38cents

Over a period of time, our orders from this location have been missing items. We have been checking the drive-thru orders but they consistently are missing food items. We will not be visiting this Culver’s anymore.
