I visited on a very busy day. The drive through line wrapped around building, so I went inside. That was very busy as well with a lot of people waiting to place their orders. The only person working the counter was a new trainee with her trainer standing over her shoulder. I understand the need to train new employees, but put more experienced cashiers on the other registers!

Great food, TERRIBLE service always, not given enough food, order not correct, I go here often because it's the only culver's within the area and it consistently falls short 99% of the time I'm actually shocked when something is correct the staff is AWFUL. Love culver's but this location needs to fix their staff and responsibility. today I snapped I payed 11$ for 3 scoop ice cream and received a SPOONFUL of not even the correct flavor. awful awful awful. again no hate to culver's just this specific location.
Oh my beloved cheese kerd. You a beautiful invention of the 14th century. Thank you Ben. He really made it happen back then. Boom shackalacka. I like when they have the caviar in stock it's so yummy. Anyways I really do think Culver's is better than this place so go there instead. This establishment is still fantastic at Culver's. Culver's. Stay cheese

Went through the drive through on the morning of 9/2/25. After waiting a while my food came out without my raspberry milkshake. The employee went back in to get it. Waiting again. Employee comes out with something that was not a raspberry milkshake. He goes back in. Waiting again.. Employee comes and says here’s your strawberry milkshake. Tell him again, raspberry.. Employee goes inside and so do i. I ask for a manager. Tell him the issue . They give me the shake but no apology on the service or anything. Manager did not say anything. Never again. Food was already cold by the time i left the parking lot.
You can never go wrong with Culver's. Food and custard are top notch.
