👎I went to culvers last night for the walleye dinner which has always been good. Not so this time. the fish was undercooked and a bit slimy and the fries were cold. when i asked one of the servers for another container of tartar sauce and was told i would have to go up to the counter for that. i went to the counter to get it and i was told i would have to pay 38cents for one. well after our party spending over 60 dollars you would think i would not have to pay for one. I could have went to most any other restaurant in town and got a better dining expierence. I will never go to culvers again.you lost a customer over 38cents
Over a period of time, our orders from this location have been missing items. We have been checking the drive-thru orders but they consistently are missing food items. We will not be visiting this Culver’s anymore.

How many times are you going to screw up a simple order? Had about enough of this place! For the premium price I shouldn't have to constantly have to call or come back because of incompetence.
I had a bad experience with this place . The food was really bad also this place was full of kids yelling all the time . If you want to eat in a quite place I don’t recommend go there.

We had lunch there fri.11/15/24 at 2:30 pm lunch was great we thought we would get ice cream at 2 scoop Turtle and Caramel cashew price was on the register $7.19 each up on the menu it said $6.19. When I pointed it out to the person ringing us up she said "I can do anything about it" I said "it's false advertisement". She said back I told the manager to fix this!! Well I know its only $2 but when everything is so expensive and it's up on the menu you should honor that price!!!! never will go back there again and I live in Port I'll drive to Grafton. BAD service!!

I think this is the last time I go to port Washington Culver’s. Better off going to grafton location from now on. Every-time I ordered food or ice cream they never get my order right. And always forget my items. I ordered a family size onions rings and they put it as family size fries. Very disappointed that this happenes every-time.

This location was getting better in the past 2 years but it’s really going downhill again. Tonight, I waited in the drive thru and they took 3 different cars orders before ours. On top of that, the order taker kept ringing up one of the items I ordered incorrectly, and I had to keep telling them that they still didn’t change it to the right thing… it took 3 separate times and it was a simple menu item, not a modified one. The order taker also kept asking, “anything else?” Over and over again and it felt like I was being rushed. Tonight is also not the first time I’ve noticed unpleasant changes.
Their service has gone down hill, a LOT. Don’t get me wrong, a lot of the workers are kind, but some new ones are really rude and unpleasant whenever I’m there.
Also, the ice cream scoops are so much smaller than they used to be. A 2 scoop cone is smaller than what a 1 scoop cone used to be. Other ice cream places don’t skimp on their custard. It’s such a skimp portion that I only get ice cream is I have a free scoop coupon.
Things have also gotten wayyyy slower since they added DoorDash. They need more labor for the multiple channels they serve.
I’ve been noticing these changes since the management changed recently. It’s disappointing to see a well liked establishment go downhill like this. If the “owner” or whatever bot comments on these bad reviews, don’t bother replying to this one. Instead, talk to your employees and see what you can do to help them make things easier for themselves and everyone else.

Sorry, it's time for a bad review. We've given this location many chances for a couple years now. It's always a minimum 20min wait no matter how busy it is. It's always cold and stale when you get your bag. This is the only Culvers location that's like this.
