A gentleman refused to serve us because we were walking our dog. Just wanted order a sandwich and drink for both of us. I even offered to wait outside. Oh Well!

The only positive thing about lunch at Dockside was eating outside on a beautiful day. I can't give them credit for that. Service was pretty lousy, and we got the wrong sandwiches, but ate them because it had already taken about 30 minutes to order and get the wrong things. The food was not great, this place must do a good business due to location.

My friend and I have been riding our motorcycles to the deli for years to have breakfast on Saturday mornings. Food and service are usually really good. However, last week was an exception for two reasons. 1. What happened to the buzzer notification system? Now you wait until your name is called? When it's crowded and you want to find a seat outside you end up standing inside to wait for your order? Makes no sense. 2. Our orders got mixed up and not delivered at the same time. One was missing toast and had the wrong eggs. When I asked to have it corrected I was told to work it out with my friend, who was already sitting outside and beginning to eat. Lousy customer service and not sure we'll be coming back again.

I called in to place multiple orders and requested the Wednesday June 12th Special clear as day on the website. The customer service rep on the other end was rude and told me that he has no such special. I politely told him that it was on the website and he told me that its wrong and he knows nothing about it. I simply said well it is there and that is what I want. He told me I couldn't have it and or to choose one of the soup options because they all were soups. Please get your special menu together and train better people to answer your phones.

I called Dockside Delli this morning to ask a question about their menu, and the guy told me to just go on the website. He couldn't take 30 seconds of his workday to answer a work related question about their menu. Needless to say, we walk in there to look at their menu for the first time ever, and what I believe to be the same guy was at the register giving us customers an attitude saying "Is someone going to come up here an order??" There wasn't a huge line whatsoever to rush us, and we were all undeserving of a bad attitude. This guy needs to either be retrained, work in the back out of customers presence, or fired. His unprofessional attitude, along with this unpleasant experience cost Dockside Delli some invaluable customers.

Great food and location but the overalll experience was a little chaotic. Line almost out the door wound through the place making you stand awkwardly next to people eating. Line did move fairly quickly. Order taker seemed to carefully repeat our order back but we got the wrong soup and saw in the receipt that she took the order wrong. It was too nuts to tell them and exchange it for what we wanted. The bathroom was in terrible shape with water all over the floor, paper everywhere and trash overflowing. We sat outside which was nice bit when we went to leave and clean up our area, the outside trash bin was also full and overflowing. For two peoples lunch for $40 and I didnt even get a pop or it would have been more, i think they need to step up the execution a bit.
Parking: Parking is sparse, so mind the signage because many of the available spots in the area are restricted and not actually available.
