Tried calling in a carry-out order multiple days and it’s beyond frustrating. They pick up the phone but not saying a single word, then leaving the line off the hook so it stayed busy for the rest of the day. Every time I called back it just rang busy, so there was literally no way to place a carry-out order.

If you’re going to offer phone orders, at least answer the phone properly or hang up so customers can try again. Right now it just feels like they’re blocking calls instead of helping customers. Really disappointing experience.

I’m in Port Washington for work, and I’ve come here four days in a row for lunch, ordering something new each time. Every thing I’ve tried has been incredible. The Pork Belly BLT is unique and absolutely delicious. This is one of the few restaurants where I wish I could order one of everything. Dockside is a must-try spot! You won’t be disappointed.

Dockside Deli in Port Washington is an absolute gem. The food is simply delicious fresh, flavorful, and made with clear attention to detail. Every bite tastes intentional, from perfectly toasted bread to high-quality meats and crisp ingredients that come together flawlessly.

It’s the kind of place where you finish your meal already thinking about what you’ll order next time. If you’re in town and want incredible food that never disappoints, Dockside Deli delivers every time.

If I had Mumi’s food in high school and college then I would be in the NFL. I love Dockside’s Burgers and Breakfast. Going to this place feels like home thanks to the excellent food, service and atmosphere.

Absolutely love this place. Found it a few months ago and eat here more than I care to admit. Both the breakfast and the lunch fantastic. Try their take on the avocado toast.... You won't regret it!

The cheesy omelet was truly outstanding, with the cheese perfectly melted and oozing inside, creating a rich and creamy center that elevated the entire dish. The eggs were cooked to a light, fluffy texture, which paired wonderfully with the savory, slightly tangy flavor of the cheese. Each bite was a harmonious blend of smooth, cheesy goodness and the subtle, comforting taste of fresh eggs. The seasoning was just right, enhancing the flavors without overpowering them. Overall, this cheesy omelet wasn’t just a simple breakfast—it was a satisfying and indulgent experience that left me craving more.

Nice place to meet for coffee and a bite to eat. Easy access with plenty of parking. Good starting point for a walk along the harbor, towards the coal dock park. Good coffee with reasonable prices. We'll be back.

I am not from Port Washington but I was in town for work today, and though I was tempted by the smashburger, I resisted and ordered the Reuben that drew me in. I was NOT disappointed! One of the best reubens I have had! The fries seem to be made to order as well. I highly recommend Dockside Deli

First off people need to understand that Dockside is NOT Dockside Deli. 2 different restaurants. Dockside Deli had a longstanding reputation in the community that people really enjoyed so it’s not fair to critique the new restaurant comparing it to the old. I do think the food is slightly above average. It’s not anything special but it’s definitely solid. Not a large menu but diverse enough that everyone should be able to find something to eat. Personally, I will miss Dockside Deli as I loved the soup, salad, sandwich and breakfast sandwich options. But I won’t badmouth the new Dockside for not being what was. It’s the end of an era and now we have something new. Best wishes to Dockside, I hope you do well. 👍

Really disappointed with the changes they’ve made. I walked in the other day to get myself a grilled ham and cheese which was my usual and it was nowhere on the menu, so I walked out immediately realizing the whole restaurant changed. Dockside deli used to have a ton of sandwich options and a large selection for breakfast at decent prices and they completely changed everything. I’ve been eating here with my family for over ten years and it’s a shame that they had to do what everyone else did in this town. Doesn’t seem worth it to come here anymore for breakfast or lunch. People enjoyed Dockside the way it was before the menu change and yes i’m aware a new owner came into view, but all the nostalgia left. Such a shame to see another good restaurant become a tourist destination with overpriced food rather than a local spot for families
