I got the Ruben. They use chucks of meat not shaved. Not my favorite, but was flavorful. Also you have to ask for rye or it will come on their yellow bread. The menu doesn't let you know to ask for rye.
I wanted a French dip, but it only comes on their yellow bread.

Nice place. Excellent food, very tasty! Excellent service too. Fresh water for our pup without even asking as well. We will be back.

Place was nice, and our server was great. But the food was just OK, and egregiously expensive. In my opinion, it is a huge restaurant crime to offer 17$ burgers that don’t come with fries, only to charge six extra dollars for a handful of fries with some herbs and sea salt sprinkled on top. It’s just a bit insulting.

Seated outside. Great night for it. After 10 minutes of no one coming by & two other tables were sat and waited on. Asked a server if they could find who we have. Three servers working the outside and not one could be bothered to check on us. A girl finally came out, apologized and said she has no idea who was assigned to us but she saw us still sitting with no water and decided to come out. Finally received our food at the one hour mark. Food was good, I wish I could remember our server name, she was great. My first impression was not a good one of this place but she saved the day. Still unsure if I’ll return after that but it’s great to see at least one server is always looking around.

We happened across Fork & Tap while staying in Port Washington, WI. We haven't stopped talking about it since we finished our dinner and beers. We lucked out and got a seat on the patio. The view over the harbor just set the tone for a great evening of food and beer. We will definitely be back.

Everything looked good around us but my banh mi was nothing like a banh mi. All meat very little veggies. I was disappointed. My wife enjoyed her taco burger.

Pretty mediocre. Everything is overpriced. Took forever to get a server on a Monday.
Stopped in for a late-afternoon lunch. Food was great and staff was friendly!
The Brussel sprouts are my favorite side.

The food was excellent. Atmosphere was nice but very loud so it was difficult to hear everyone at our table. Our server, however, wasn’t very attentive and at times made us to feel like we were imposing on her. And it wasn’t like she was super busy, there was always open tables. Parking can be a challenge during busy times as it is a popular location.

We made reservations the day before. When we arrived we asked if we could be seated on the patio. We were told we would have to wait another 35 minutes or so. Not sure I understood the extra wait. Why not take the reservation for our preference. They said they take reservations but you are put on a waitlist for the patio. Right from the get go we had a bad taste in our mouth. We were seated inside by a window the looked right at a table full of people sitting on the patio. lol. Our waiter was fine. Our food was good. I would say the prices were fine if we would have been seated on the patio. Otherwise they were high. No drinks-prices were too high. If you can’t sit on the patio then it’s just another restaurant with high prices.

Clearly marked vegan options is always nice. There are two vegan sandwich choices. I tried the Hipster and it was great. Also got a side of their Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Asian sesame glaze and those were great as well!

The mac and cheesy is so cheesy and delicious. And the balsamic glaze Brussel sprouts are so good, it is a giant portion too. The hostess and waitress were both very friendly. My son took 2 bites of his chicken nuggets (they were more like tenders) and didn't like it and she was very kind and offered to switch it for another kids meal.

Ate lunch here on a Fri afternoon. Walking through the restaurant towards the host stand, we noticed it was *very* noisy. Music was blaring and the open concept with everyone talking was overly loud. We thought uh oh, and asked to be seated on the patio. Good thing there was an available table. Music at a decent level out there and nice view of the lake (though you get a view of a parking lot too).
Our server, Andrea was great. Friendly, attentive, prompt. I had the Door Co Moscow Mule which was delish. Made with cherry vodka and served in a frosty cold copper mug. Perfect on a warm summer day.
I had a flatbread with prosciutto and shaved Brussels sprouts on it...so good, I'm craving it again - though I wish it had more sprouts. A bit skimpy on those. My husband had the pork banh mi sandwich and he said it was awesome. He also chose sweet potatoes as a side (note: there are no sides included with the sandwiches). These weren't any ordinary sweet potato fries like you get at most restaurants. These were thick, hand cut, and had a wonderful roasted taste and texture.
All in all, a bit pricey, but food is top notch.
