Mornings are horrible. No one is there doing anything. I ordered and waited 10min and no one came to the window for me and 2 others that already ordered
Drive thru experience was terrible. Food was subpar. Carmel mocha tasted stale. Zero stars, will not ever go back.
Witnessed an employee stepping on a customers food before putting it in the bag to give to the drive thru. My meal was also horrible. Don’t eat at this store.
I’m a big fan of mc donald’s, and obviously know that it’s meant to be a grab and go kind of thing. I usually have a good experience at mc donald’s though. This store has let me down consistently unfortunately. The people who work at the store seem nice, but have absolutely 0 drive in service.
In a packed drive through, missing items are understandable, However, this location is always slow or empty. 3 Times in a row I have had items missing, and soggy/seemingly old and left out food totaling in over 25$. I’m extremely disappointed about having food left out of the bag, especially considering that the menu prices are alot higher in today’s age. I’m pretty well off, and lucky that I’m financially sound, But imagine if you are leaving items out of a persons bag who relies on your store for their meals. How sad is that situation? At your store, I’m sure it happens.
I called about having my 8$ bagel sandwich missing from my bag the other day, and the kind lady said that I could have a coupon towards my next order. Never got it, and they continued to mess up the next few orders I placed.
This is the closest mc donald’s to my house, and I’d appreciate it if any manager or general manager assigned to this store would take a step back and realize that quality is more important than fast drive through times. General manager, this isn’t on your employees, this is on your absolutely terrible leadership. Do better.
During slow periods, cook the food to order. It goes a long way for customers who are expecting something tasty, rather than a sloppily pre made big mac that may not even make it to the bag. Nobody wants a lukewarm sloppy burger.
Slow service cold food hs kids just fing around and vaping behind the counter.

Drive through order, nothing like advertised.
Went through drive thru around noonish, waited 14 minutes for an iced coffee because instead of pulling the customer at the window to park, they sat at the window with their issues, making everyone behind them wait. Horrible drive thru experience!
The cooks laugh with their friends while on the clock very very unprofessional especially when they make the food wrong
Waited in line for 15 mins just to discover we had to come in. Tried ordering on the screen which took my coupon code then still charged full price. Never again

So when and why did you get rid of the 20 pc special on Mondays for $5? The person in the drive thru said there isn't a button for it anymore and they got rid of it months ago...but it was just last week Monday I got the deal???

Everybody there has always been very nice.
Over the last several years this location has gone downhill severely. Lately the only thing I could count on being decent was a steak bagel. Well, that was until this morning when they succeeded in lazily preparing that as well. Raw everything but at least the chewy piece of steak must have been microwaved for 20 seconds. Raw onions and no bagel sauce. Was down to the last thing I’d order on occasion and now I’m completely done.
Drive through people rarely smile and are pleasant, they act like you’re bothering them with your order.
If I were Killian’s, I would put more effort into being in the stores and getting the standards back up. But….things I’ve heard about Killian’s aren’t good either, so I guess it makes sense.
