I went through a he drive through and the associate working was not paying attention at all, asked for my order twice, then after handling my cash she ate a fry out of the container before putting it in my bag, and put an ice cube that fell on the counter into my drink with her bare hands that had just been handling my money and eating my fries, it was absolutely disgusting. When I asked old her that’s something she shouldn’t do I was given attitude. I’m pretty upset with how things are being handled at this location.

Went through drive thru and ordered a sausage biscuit and steak bagel(both meals) and was told to pull forward. We sat 20 minutes and had to go inside to get our food. Several cars went through behind us. Normally I wouldn't review a bad one, but this has been happen several times for us at this location. Last time it was the breakfast burritos and only got 1 in the bag. Very disappointed.

Went through the drive thru and ordered a #7 with a small OJ. They took forever to get up to me and then forgot the hash brown. The "burritos" looked like they took the ingredients for one and spread them across 2. They were less than 3/8" thick. Seriously. They were poorly wrapped and poorly wrapped in the paper as well. Practically fell out of the wrapping. Tasted mediocre at best. Really poor service this morning on 11-7-24. Spent $8.64and got $2 worth of food. Complete rip off.

This McDonald's is absolutely horrible in either going inside to order to going through the so called drive thru. You go inside nobody wants to take your order. So called workers , mostly kids aren't even working. Horsing around in back to even eating the food and paying more attention to their phones. In the drive tru yesterday , say in line for over 10 minutes and there wasn't any other customers there except the ones behind me. What was going on was 2 employees over by the dumpsters screwing around the entire time I sat in the drive thru line getting no service. On more than one occasion I just left and went somewhere else for food. They won't be seeing me or anyone of my family members again. I will also be not recommending this place to anyone I know, family members, friends, and even strangers!
So in regards to the response, if you really do value all customers opinions, loyalty to your establishment , then why don't you do something about it? My complaint is clearly not the only one, all most of the reviews on here are of the same problem for quite awhile now and nothing has changed! All I see and others is a clear lack of regards to any service problems at your establishment!
Disappointing, I expected this to be one of the better McDonald’s in the area, but it’s not. My experience here was a bit surprising so I decided to leave a review.
At this moment its a beautiful 75 degree fall Friday evening and people are out and about and driving around.
And the Ice cream machine is Down for Cleaning and routine maintenance..?
(As I type this review I’m sitting in my car, near the drive thru order area. Every other order is for ice cream. I watch frustrated, disappointed look of potential customers as they drive away. Smh...)
Anyway, so I changed my order and then the teller lady started getting snarky. “You want what, lol?” She said. I repeated myself. “Are you sure, Lol.” She questioned me. “Yes” i stated. She continued, “So you literally just want...” “Yes please”, i interrupted. “Ooookkkaaayyy, lol”, she giggled.
(If anyone is curious what my super crazy order was it was just 2 cheeseburgers with extra pickle, no meat. That’s it. 🤷🏻♀️)
Because I don’t like eating fast food meat, I order the same few items whenever Im at a McDonald’s.
This was the first time a McDonald’s employee couldn’t wrap their head around my order.

Absolute garbage. Fries tasted like they were from yesterday. Crispy chicken was mushy on outside and rubbery. No one ever came to register so we ordered at kiosk. Should have left. There was a couple people waiting for food when we got there and still waiting when we left. Could hear manager trying to figure out why nothing was prepped. All the employees looked lost.

Do not sit there and tell me that this sounds made up when I have picture proof that we got an ice cream cone today with a separate wrapper inside of the cone. When I called, I was told they are individually wrapped. I said it could have happened where it was manufactured and he told me it’s not possible. Not possible that an ENTIRE cone wrapper was inside of this cone. I have no reason to lie and make up a story. What if my toddler would have ate this? And didn’t know? She could have choked. Anyone could have choked. I am disappointed in the attitude of the person who answered the phone. I felt belittled. I’m not an idiot and please show me how this was FAKED?!

I'm unsure why the service and food has gone downhill recently. Usually this location is spot on, but the last month or two has been horrible. We've had multiple orders where our breakfast sandwiches were missing the egg or cheese. The drive through is usually backed up and it takes upwards of 5 minutes for someone to finally come to the speaker. It's frustrating when your order is not right and finally this last time I drove back and requested an egg for my sandwich. Hopefully things start to improve soon.

No drink cup given, nobody at the counter, walked back and got my own. Would have liked some ketchup, but nobody at the counter. Fries were old and cold.

Was in the drive thru at 10:48pm and they took the car in front of me and it was 10:50pm and would not take my order! They close at 11:00pm! Poor customer service!

Pulled up to drive thru at 1:58 pm. After waiting behind two cars I was informed they were closed. I questioned being closed at 2 in the afternoon. He said there were multiple signs posted on the doors, I was in the drive thru which doesn’t do to much good as the door isn’t something I look at as pull up to the drive thru! I don’t set the bar to high when going to a McDonalds, but you have to be kidding me on this one! I think I may have learned my lesson about eating at a McDonalds after this one.
