Requested rotisserie chicken on whole wheat. Received small portions of cubed chicken on dry bread. Toppings selections available were much less than typical Subway. Bathroom, no paper towels with written instructions for employees to only use one paper towel. Toilet wouldn't flush. Don't stop here!

My sandwich was dry as a bone. The bread was at least a day old. The employee who said that they had only been here for 4 days did not know how to make some of our food and had to call someone. The employee was friendly though. The Place Obviously needs new management. I would not return.

I know at this Subway they are very short handed. I saw Mike who was working outside on a break and told him to take his time and no rush. He was very polite and honest about the choices I can have as well not have. Keep up the great work Mike!

Met manager Mike. He is extremely polite. Responsible (there helping a new employee Caitlin with opening on his day off) Respectful. Friendly. Cookies were fresh. And although the new girl was a bit shaky from being nervous. She did a fabulous job with serving me and was also very helpful and polite.

I went at 4pm and they were out of flat bread, tomato's, etc. I asked for Artisan Italian when out of Flat Bread and he didn't know at first if they even had that left. The employee definitely didn't even pretend to want to be there. Space was dirty.

Ordered on the app. Meatball sub and Ultimate Italian, I got my subs delivered and opened them up to see that there are no meatballs on the meatball sub and they must be out of mayo and pickles..? I could've changed my order if they let me know they were out of certain things.

I recently visited this Subway store where the staff were exceptionally friendly and quick with service, which made for a pleasant experience. However, I was disappointed to find that they did not carry veg patties, limiting options for vegetarian customers. The washroom was acceptable in terms of cleanliness, but it lacked essential items such as soap and hand towels. As for the food, it tasted just like any other Subway, thanks to their standard ingredients. While the service was great, a few improvements could enhance the overall experience.
Vegetarian options: They have all ingredients but dont carry veg patties so the sub will be sub will be just vegetables. Thats it.

Showed up 15 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready. It wasn’t even started yet. They were all out of ham and we were asked if turkey was okay. There was 1 staff member who was moving slower than molasses and took 2 phone calls while 4 customers waited. She was acting out of it. 2 people walked out and 2 asked for refunds as subs were made incorrectly.

Horrible service by the second sandwich maker Emily. The first girl waiting on me did fantastic even though she was new (i did not get her name). She was polite and provided great customer experience, even slicing my tuna subs into smaller pieces for my blind friend. Emily basically butchered this task. Such a sloppy job. I mentioned to her that she needs to take lessons from her coworker. The first nice girl tried to honor the app promotion (Subway's online app was not operational on either my or my husband's phone). Emily called the manager and said they could only do the BOGO50 on the app. Which still was not working. Seriously Subway?? You know this is your promotion!! Emily's comment was, "we can't just be giving away free subs." Well, good job. Now they threw out 2 subs, and I took my business to the Saukville location.

Ordered delivery. Tried calling the store several times because my zip code was put in wrong for delivery never answered phone. Doordash Driver did find out house though. Pretzel was cold and they did not give me my mustard sauce. Sandwich was okay but only partially warm. Churro was cold too.

Lately the few times I’ve come in to the store the employees have not been pleasant and seem overall annoyed you are even there. Even leaving a tip the attitudes don’t change. I’ll purposely drive over to the Saukville location and avoid this store in the future.

I get the outlaw cheese steak all the time from a few different subways. I ordered through the app and this is the worst one I've ever received. The lettuce was brown and the crunchiest part of the head ( I add lettuce I like it)I paid for bacon and they forgotI paid for a cookie and they forgotThe cheese wasn't melted so it tasted gross on a cheese steak. And they skimped me on the sauce. Instead I tasted a lot of mayoJust really badI almost forgot I tipped them a dollar fifty for a bad sandwich.
Only 1 person was working, but that's understandable.

We just got subway today and the bread on our 4 subs had to be days old! It was aweful! I felt as if I was bothering the worker too by placing my order!
