We love getting all the goodies we can from here!!! I love the punch card rewards system they have as well, it is more “old fashioned” and I love it!

Delicious chocolate treats, yummy ice cream, boozy ice cream along with stuff for your fur babies to enjoy. Overall highly recommend stopping in.

They are also knowledgeable of celiac disease and gluten intolerances which makes it even better for our family.

I also wanted to add that once I raise concerns for allergies they immediately changed their gloves (as they should) and proceeded to walk me through products that should be safe for our family. I have been a regular here for the last few months now and it’s always been a pleasure with each staff member I have been met with. Thank you for being kind, attentive and talented with wha you do!

The chocolate was amazing! Lots of different unique flavors that are all house made. We ordered the European hot chocolate which wasn’t as thick as I thought it would be. Still tasty! Especially the homemade whipped cream!

My husband placed an order that traveled all the way to Florida. The chocolate is divine and the sea salt caramels are to die for!

Overall, I am unimpressed with the lack of sanitation and uncleanliness of the shop. For example, one of the employees went to give me a truffle without washing their hands or wearing gloves. Aside from the lack of cleanliness, the service is inadequate and I am extremely disappointed especially when the shop smells like feces. You would think that due to the lack of sanitation and cleanliness that the service would make up for it by being welcoming but they don't.

Over priced their popcorn which isn’t made there and bought from Broadway Popcorn , over 40 for a bag and it wasn’t that good. They used Oreo cookies in a chocolate which was overpriced and not what they are supposed to even do. The place is mediocre at best.

Every Saturday night dinner ends at the chisel! No matter where we eat we drive to Port for ice cream. Open until 10pm for the summer YEA!
BEST ice cream you can get. Outstanding service. Son just bought his first house down the road in Saukville. Can't wait to take my grandkids to the Chisel for ice cream!
