First, they gave us an iced coffee when we ordered a hot original coffee. My midnight coffee was piss warm and wasn't even strong in taste. My daughter's blue raspberry collata had no flavor at all. I have visited hundreds of dunkins across the country but have never had such a terrible experience like the one in Prairie du chien , Wisconsin. For out of towners if u are craving a good coffee, don't visit this location. Go somewhere eles, even kwik trip has better coffee.

I love their cold brew, but it's a crapshoot if you are going to get the flavoring you ordered cuz they always forget to add it. Twice my hubby has just gotten milk and no coffee in his Americanos. They were literally white with 0 coffee. They were busy and forgot to put the espresso in. Ive come to realize the best time to go is when they arent busy cuz if there are other cars in line, your order WILL be wrong.
