while I do love these burgers, they have an incredibly frustrating and confusing way of dealing with customers. when they are making the burgers... they allow a line to form of roughly 20 people while they sit there and cook burgers that haven't been ordered yet... during that time, they do not acknowledge anyone in line or give any sort of inference to the amount of time it will be until any of the burgers are ready... standing in line you hear people mumbling...
