Worst Subway experience ever. Emma was very rude and not cleanly; she had baja chipotle sauce on her gloves; rubbed them together to make the sauce disappear by the toaster thinking nobody would notice and continued to make other peoples sandwich’s with dirty gloves. Alyesia the checkout girl was very sweet tho!

We were passing through Prairie du Chien and stopped in for lunch May 17, 2025. Very friendly people working. They greeted everyone that came through the door. Our subs were made perfectly and were delicious. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean. The BEST Subway experience we have had in quite awhile.

I do Not like the new all black sandwiches......prices all went up and trying to push you in to only the black sandwiches like..the new menu is for blacks only..stopped today 9-7-24 at PDC had the monster ft long...very good n loaded....this sandwich was very good n worth the extra bucks...serving gal was terrific with everything even brought me salt n pepper to table....

There was a younger girl named Rachel there tonight and she had to have had the worst attitude towards my boyfriend and I. She was constantly rolling her eyes and seemed very irritated with doing the simplest tasks. Ex: she huffed and puffed when we told her we had a third sandwich, when we were asked what we wanted on our sandwich she would sound super breathy and rude. She also wrapped my sandwich like she was having a fit with it and left it exposed in the bag.This isn't the first time I've been here and had to deal with an employee who obviously just didn't want to be there. I can give this place credit and say that the food itself has always been fresh and tasteful, but the employees have been a let down.

Ordered my food for my nightshift lunch. No employees were wearing hairnets. As my lunch time came I bit into my sub. I proceeded to find 3 pieces of hair in my food! Which immediately led me to throw said sandwich away and not eat a lunch.

Ordered two subs for delivery for them and they weren't even right. Not the first time either. Do your workers not read the orders and double check them to make sure they are right. It was gross not right and went into the garbage where it belonged. Actually garbage would have looked better
