We stopped in and gave these poor employees a hundred dollar order. Not only did she make everything correct she also went above and beyond and took the time to separate our order one part was being dropped off. Mad props to the woman working on Sunday the 18 you deserve a raise!!

Waited over a half hour for 3 combos and left the store with only 2. Got to the car and didn’t even want to bother going back in, probably would’ve taken another half hour. People behind us had to ask for their money back because they couldn’t wait anymore.

2 days in a row I’ve ordered food delivery to my work. Both orders have been messed up and not even hot. Why can’t we have consistency & exceptional service. Some of the workers are incredibly rude and treat the customers like garbage. The only good thing they have is the Baja Midnight, and they can’t even update it on DoorDash or ubereats. I’m done with PDC Taco Bell, it’s shit and you shouldn’t support it anymore.

I’m not one to leave negative reviews but this Taco Bell location is very disappointing. I’ve gone there about three times. First time was when they first opened and it was about a 45 minute wait for 3 supreme tacos and a Baja blast. Second time I went they said they were out of lettuce and Baja blast (disappointing considering most of the menu requires lettuce). Third and final time I went there were 3 cars in the drive thru and I had to wait about 20 mins to get to the menu board. Once to the menu board the employee said his boss told him cannot make any more food until another employee shows up. I asked how long that would be and he said I don’t know but I can’t make anymore food until he shows up. There were 3 other cars behind me in line which I had to let know that they weren’t serving food right now. I had very high hopes for this Taco Bell but I was left very disappointed with the service and quality of food.

So rude, cold food, when asked for extra tomatoes we were given like 5. And worst of all when we asked for hot and fire sauce she gave us mostly mild, upon request for some more she gave us a huge bag full to the brim with mild sauce. Honestly we drove 1 full hour in the snow to have some Taco Bell and were completely disappointed and disgusted by the service and food we received! Spend your money elsewhere…

They do not have anywhere for long orders to pull ahead then you are basically trapped in the Drive-Thru. However, it shouldn't be a big deal I have never seen a Taco Bell take this long. Taco Bell used to be my favorite fast food place but this particular one has ruined it for me.

I have tried so hard to like this Taco Bell, but I just can't. I've given them probably 10 different tries to make things right, but every single time something is wrong. The food is often cold, made wrong, or completely missing. The wait times when I'm the only person is absolutely absurd. I once waited 30 minutes for 3 soft shell tacos. You can't jump the curb and leave the drive through either because the curb is very high and leads to a ditch, so if people are infront or behind you, you're stuck. I can't justify giving this place any more tries, what a complete failure.

I’d like to start by saying I never leave reviews. Because you never know. Maybe it’s just an off day. But this place is disguting. Floors are filthy. Every tables dirty. There are not enough employees. I’ve been here three times (trying to give it a chance) and WOW. Cross contamination like CRAZY, Everything is either over or undercooked. I will never go here again. YUCK. go down the road to McDonald’s or Culver’s.
