Sat in the River Room. Great view of the river even on a windy day. Service was quick and sandwiches for lunch were good. Ice cream selection for dessert was even better. Would recommend. Definitely will go back

Good place, great location, friendly staff. The food is okay, but a little pricey for what you get. We always want to go on Sunday mornings for their good coffee, but they aren’t open. Also, the coffee is way over priced. Almost $4 for a large. It’s a $1.50 less than that at most places. It’s unfortunate because I think they’d do well on Sunday. Many are looking for a place to eat breakfast.I want this place to do well but they need to change a few things.

Go here! So delicious. Enjoyed the most inventive BLT and now cannot imaging having a BLT any other way. I wanted to eat the homemade dip for our chips with a spoon - although didn't because I was with others! The tiered back patio was perfect for enjoying our lunch - a quiet and beautiful view of the river where we could have a memorable Summer lunch. We're excited for our return to enjoy dinner and music. Importantly - want to acknowledge the attentive and friendly service! We wanted for nothing except a return meal!

Been here a couple of times and each time am disappointed in my food. The bacon biscuits and gravy was bland and the BLT was not my favorite. The staff is always friendly but I would love to see them overhaul the menu and have a few more options. Their hot drinks are good though.

We had the Friday night baked fish special. It was delicious. The food was served super fast and staff were so friendly and professional. We certainly will be back. Great place for healthy food and wonderful atmosphere. We sat outside and loved the beautiful view to the river.

First time visiting Jay bird. It was wonderful. Staff was helpful and kind. Food was absolutely delicious! Even the presentation was beautiful! Wish I would have taken a picture before I dug in. Sat out back with a fabulous view of the WI river. We'll definitely be back!

The food here is AHHHMAZING. I grew up in this area and currently live in Madison. It's worth the drive to check out this place. Great service. The daily quiche and banana bread French toast are my go-tos.

Loved my first visit! I ordered the quiche and it was absolutely delicious. It was clear from the look and taste that they use quality ingredients. I ordered a macchiato on the way out and it was delicious, too! The coffee base was super smooth and had just the right amount of sweetness, not like the sugar bombs you get at Starbucks or Dunkin'. The staff was friendly and helpful. I'm so glad that another great restaurant like this has opened up in our town and I'm looking forward to my next visit!

Stopped in for drinks. Very nice place, going back tomorrow for breakfast. Got to try the seasoned roasted tomatoes on a BLT.

The banana bread French toast is good, but over-priced (same thing for the 1/2 serving of roasted potatoes).I would consider ordering food here again if not for their values being so different from mine concerning the use of plastics. The silverware comes in a small single use plastic baggie and the nitro cold brewed coffee was inexplicably served in a single use plastic cup with plastic lid and not one but 2 plastic straws. Wow. So disappointing. I won’t be eating here again.

I wanted to like it, but won’t go back. Limited menu, expensive. Portions are small. Don’t expect table side service. You order at a counter and pick up at the counter, get your own drinks, utensils, napkins.

It's nice that it has reopened from the old Blue spoon. The menu is very limited and a little pricey for what you get. The new seating configuration is quite wierd. Lots of big tables which you would have to share with others if it was busy. Needs some work.

Very good coffee! Delicious Nitro on tap. The only thing I was disappointed in was the fact that it was served over ice. True nitro cold brew is served without ice. So good though!!
