We stumbled here on our way to the nearby winery needing something to eat. Wasn't sure if they offered food when we entered because it's a bar (with great river view decks out back, btw). Asked the owner Scott what to drink and his response: World's Best Mojito! We explained that we only had one once because it tasted like mouthwash with all of the mint. To our surprise...it was delicious! And then we had another! These were just the normal flavored ones - but he had about 50 different flavors that you could choose from. If that wasn't already good enough - we ordered this mediterranean hummus dish what was out of this world! We're from Chicago and have had a lot of good food - but Scott from this small town in Wis. knows what he is doing. Pay him a visit! You won't be disappointed!

Favorite spot in town for lunch! My favorite panini is the River Kayaker. The owner grows most of the herbs (basil, mint, etc) on the property, some inside and some on the patio by the river.

We stumbled upon this hidden secret on our way to a winery in Prairie du Sac. What a great find! They have great food and the best refreshing mojitos! The owner grows his own mint leaves on the dining deck!
DO NOT GO HERE! A member of my party was treated rudely by the owner, for no reason. The owner is a narrow minded person, getting upset over nothing. If he can't treat his clientèle decently his establishment should not be patronized. So many other decent bars & restaurants in the Sauk area, don't waste your time here!

Extremely clean place with a small deck overlooking the river. Truly excellent mojitos with a massive selection of flavors. We had the flatbread and a sandwich, excellent flavors and clearly made with care.Only accepts cash as an FYI. ATM onsite though!

This place was awesome! Randomly stoped by on my birthday because I was hungry. Mojito was fantastic and the sandwich was super tasty! The server, the owner?, Was super nice and added to the great time I had. It is super clean which I highly appreciate and the outdoor area, though small, was great to have during the warm and sunny lunch I had there. Highly recommend!
