The guy that took my Order was so quiet I couldn’t hear a thing he said and when I was getting my drink he was staring at my girlfriend I caught his staring multiple times

Came here around 8:30, guy at the counter didn’t make eye contact or offer to help take our order. Also talked as quiet as he possibly could. Couldn’t hear a word he could. Very bad customer service. Every employee I saw was just standing around doing nothing. I saw lots of messes that they could’ve been cleaning up and keeping the atmosphere clean and healthy. Do not recommend at all.

Today the food was pretty good but we got charged twice. Then we talked to them and they said that they only charged once. They were not very greeting and welcoming. I hope you read this and take this very seriously.
Took my order at 6:20. Then was told we couldn’t sit down to eat dinner. Teenage manger said they didn’t want to clean the table. No other customers in the joint. Between the three of them, they couldn’t spent 10 seconds to wipe down one table in the thirty minutes till close?

Stopped for a chocolate shake on my way home. Went through the drive-through, took 15 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me. Crazy slow service!!! Won't return.
