The staff goes to great lengths to make your food and drinks as good as it gets for each menu choice. I have had brisket all over the country. I would say it was the best or darn close to anyone's. The barbecue sauce was excellent. The bartender takes pride in his drinks. It was nice to see that much enthusiasm. I would highly recommend stopping in and trying the food and cocktails.

What a delightful restaurant: exceptional food ( I had the barbeque salad, with homemade sauce & dressing), so fabulous. The bartender was delightful as was the lovely owner. Even the barware was beautiful. We sat outside overlooking the river; but the interior was gorgeous as well. This is a winner!✌🏾🌺

This is by far my favorite place the eat in Princeton! Best BBQ I have ever had!

We chose to hold our welcome celebration for our guests and wedding party at Knickerbocker Landing. The day before your wedding can be stressful for some- but for us, it was completely seamless and filled with love and laughter. Our party at Knickerbocker set the tone for the rest of our weekend. Jen was a fantastic hostess from the start and we will forever be grateful for her expertise. She used creativity and style to set the decor for a magical, romantic fall wedding vibe with flowers, grasses, pumpkins, and candlelight. She offered live music from a talented local musician. She planned a menu that included appetizers and a scrumptious dinner that everyone raved about to this day. The bartenders were fantastic. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves, dare I say too much! I would highly recommend this venue for a wedding related party, shower, or work-related event! You can also come anytime to enjoy awesome food and live music almost every weekend in-season.

Had great server, sat on the back porch with view of marsh and river and wildlife. The food was so so. Reheated old mac n cheese w brisket n reheated and way too much cheese for nachos. The brisket tasted great but I'm not a fan of microwaved reheated food. They should try harder to make fresh food. Old mac n cheese was just mush

This establishment has a great ambiance. The owner is most welcoming, as are the bartenders. I love the hand-painted art that runs the length of a wall. I also love the options that I have when frequenting Knickerbocker's. I can chat it up at the bar with the friendly bartenders and friends. I can sit and the table area where I partake of delicious barbeque. This is also where we gather when live music has been scheduled. And when I want to just get away or be in a more intimate area, I go to the back patio that has comfy furniture and a peaceful view of the Fox River within very close proximity.
