We happened to find this lovely bakery driving around Wisconsin and what a find it was!!! The sourdough bread was some of the best I've had since Seattle and everything else we bought was superb!! I'll certainly drive back from Green Bay to shop again!! Highly recommend!!!!!
Everything I have had has been fantastic!

What a place! The family and staff at Renards not only create incredible pastry, but they handle the occasional long, long lines with friendliness, patience, and smiles. They could probably charge 50% more than they do and still do great business and still be worth visiting.
Can't recommend enough their sweet and savory pastries, especially the focaccia bread and danishes.

A must stop bakery in the Midwest. One of the reasons we moved to Princeton! Arrive early for the best selection!
Amazing and unique fresh pastries and desserts. Warm and inviting atmosphere and friendly staff.
The aroma of fresh-baked bread, buttery pastries, and rich espresso hits you the moment you walk in—pure heaven.
The croissants were perfectly flaky. You can tell these bakers take pride in their craft—the quality and authenticity are unmatched.
Whether you’re picking up a loaf of sourdough or a pastry, this bakery is the kind of place that makes your day better.
A must-visit for anyone who appreciates handmade, high-quality baked goods with European soul.

All of their stuff is AMAZING!
Amazing bakery, everything here was absolutely delicious. Tried all kinds of pastries and breads and it was all phenomenal. My favorites were the Gorgonzola butter, sourdough bread, and the fougasse was to die for. They sell out quickly so make sure to get there early!
Best bakery bread around.

Tucked away in downtown Princeton on the corner, this bakery has an exquisite selection of European baked goods. From their delicious sourdough, baguettes, and fresh breads baked to perfection to their selection of cheeses, honey, soup, and savory items. We love the jalapeño cheddar focaccia bread, scones, biscotti, danishes, rugalach, Mexican wedding cake cookies, chocolate flourless cake, cookies, monkey bread muffins, key lime tarts just to name a few. My husband loves their blue cheese butter and puts it on everything, including his steak. This place sells out fast, so get there early it is definitely worth it! The prices are fair and the staff is a delight! You truly feel like you are in a little European corner cafe but with a great view of historic downtown Princeton. This bakery has indoor and outdoor seating, parking on the side and a little river behind it.
