The pizza was okay.. but stay away from the pasta.. fazolis has better food. The Alfredo sauce was coagulated and inedible the garlic bread was stale. The sampler appetizer was decent but it’s all frozen fried food so I would hope they could handle that. For what you pay and what you get, nope definitely not worth it..

Just moved into the area a year ago and many people said to steer clear of them that they were not good we took a chance with buying raffle tickets for basket at my daughter's school it had a certificate for a large 2 topping we tried to redeem today the first pizza was made wrong we didn't realize until we had already returned home had two hungry kids ready to eat I had to stop them and call pizza factory and they said to return pizza we had already waited the 35-40 minutes and then had to wait an additional 20 minutes which BTW the quoted times are way too long for the time it was sitting there the first one we got was ice cold and the second was Luke warm and not throughly cooked through but like I said hungry kids we ate the soggy pizza was just very disappointed that they couldn't just give us the one they messed up on then maybe we wouldn't have been so frustrated about the wait time and the mistake they made

Nice place but I didn't like the pizza crust. I ordered thin crust. It wasn't thin and crispy like I was expecting thin crust to be.

Came in on the way through town. Food was good and even though they were really busy it was prepared quickly. Everything was done well except the fried green beans were a bit underdone. Overall a good experience and would go back again if I was in town.
