We got 4 chicken strip baskets. They forgot the gravy for one. Got home and realized one was regular instead of buffalo. The fries were cold. The toast was done in a toaster. Remember the fool old days when they use to grill the bread….yum. Overall disappointing dinner.

We love going here! Sometimes my husband and I share lunch and sometimes we take our grandson when he's visiting. Just recently we received an incorrect order, I called and they told me they would make it right. They went above and beyond!! Thank you to the manager and staff of DQ Pulaski! Not a lot of places would do that. 😊

The restaurant was dirty, not one clean table in the place. Then I got my Mint Oreo Blizzard. It was a cup of vanilla ice cream with some topping thrown on the top only. NOT coming back.

We are officially not coming back to this Dairy Queen again. Besides the bad service, the portions are getting smaller, The qualities going down and the prices are going up.
Tonight we were told through the drive-through that we ordered something we didn’t (cherry vs blue raspberry). These are very different flavors and I was shocked to be told that I ordered the wrong flavor. When has the customer ever been wrong?

You can give your “canned” response to someone else. I spent enough time explaining your stores defaults. What makes you think I wanna take a 20 minute survey to tell you what else went wrong? Your managers need to pay attention to those on the front lines. Until you make a change, you’ll just continue to lose business

Walking right in you can Smell that greasy fryer odor like the vents weren’t on. Server took are order right away and was very attentive to are needs. Me and my wife order 2 burgers and the meat was dry and old. We took them to go other wise we would have ask for are money back.

Drive thru, weeknight after sports I imagine was a rough rough experience. Now two hungry toddlers was my fault but waiting 82 minutes was bad. Won’t be back. I will mention there was a sign on the window about the “current nationwide labor shortage”…and I complied with “being considerate” but it was simply too long to wait for “fast food”.
