Female manager very RUDE.Waited to long for food. When I went up there it was just sitting there. I said could I grab it . Was told we willbring it out. Waited for that.. the 2 shrimp dinners had 10 pieces of scrap coating in the tray. Went back and they made more..ordered 2 Dilly bars 1 had HAIR on it ..we threw away and just lefy

Cold soggy food. I wish I would have taken a picture. I dumped the fries out onto a plate and they were stuck in a ball, they were so cold and soggy
we get many cakes here and they always do an amazing job! I have never been disappointed! thank you for our most recent Harry Potter cake it is stunning!

We ordered 2 chili cheese dogs and a order of onion rings. We waited in drive thru line for ten minutes, watching thru the pic up window the employees seemed to be arguing with each other, no sorry for the wait and to top that off our food was cold out cheese wasn't even melted and the chili was dry. Next time we're going to A&W! #disapointed

I want to clarify this is not directed at the front line workers at this location, but more so to managerial staff. I waited nearly an hour just now in the drive through. Waited 16 of those minutes after ordering. Can't really call it fast food at this point. Policies and practices have to be addressed apparently.
