I've gone to this McDonald's before service was never as bad and this the young lady taking my order rushed me, after I completed my order she says "see you at the window" ok so I assume that it's second window seeing as I wasn't told first then I go to hand her my card she snatches it out of my hand, I was shocked I work in fast food I understand bad days but you never treat customers rudely, I don't get my card for another 5 minutes while I'm waiting for my food and still waiting on drinks, I finally get my card back after I get my food, my boyfriend who is beyond upset asks for the manager which never comes, so we go inside to find the supposed manager sitting in the dining room reading a book, we don't even notice him he looks like a customer, and when one of the employees point him out we go talk to him and he sounds so disinterested and uncaring it's shocking, if u are unable to talk to customers even with a little bit of care or even understanding dont work in customer service
