If you've never had a doughnut from Smurawa's County Bakery in Pulaski WI, you're missing out on a guilty Treasure. My daughter- in-law trekked through the crowded streets during Polka Day's this weekend to treat the family, OMG, had my favorite Apple Fritter and it was like eating Spun Gold! So fresh and light, like an adult cotton candy, but better. Just one of many terrific bakery treats, worth the time to stop by while driving Highway 32 through this little village.
