The app was not working and after having the counter person call a manager I was told I could not get the 699FL deal in the shop and I had to use the app. Which the counter person said alot of people where having problems with. I said ok I'll go to Cousins subs.

I had placed an order for curbside at 6:10 pm and got there at that time. I got told it was gonna be a little longer, which is understandable, it was busy. It took another 45 minutes of me sitting in the parking lot waiting for my subs. As there were 3 other people that had walked in and walked out with their sub before I have gotten mine. I love this place and never had this happened before.

Have ordered online here 3 different times, every single time, says our order will be ready within 20-25 minutes, we usually don’t leave our house till the subs are suppose to be ready, which then takes us about 10 minutes to get to this Subway. But somehow even with that extra time our subs are never even started, and they blame it on being “busy” but never once have we pulled up to there being any one else waiting... also have had many occasions where they’re out of marinara or bread...

Updated Review as of 07/09/23: I figured it’s been two years since I’ve last been to this subway, that it probably has improved. Boy was I wrong. One reason I was dissatisfied with my experience is that fact that they had no bread at 7PM? When arriving to pick it up they explained to me they tried calling and that the number wasn’t active, which is 100% my fault, however for a store that doesn’t close till 9, and it only being 7PM, to run out of bread? Was told I could wait over an hour for the bread to cook and cool or they could refund me. Being hungry and just getting off of work, I opted for the refund the go elsewhere. I was told they couldn’t issue me a refund at that moment as a manager would have to that in the morning? I guess we’ll see.

Only eat here if you don't mind the kitchen door being left open exposing it to bugs and mice, staff not wearing hair restraints and questionable hand washing.

The subway in Pulaski Virginia is the worst experience me and my family ever had very very racist and you cannot get anyone from corporate office to contact you about complaints which makes me think they like people like this working in their stores I was giving a wrong store number so I couldn't put the complaint in. I have been trying for weeks now trying to call subway corporate and not one person answers the phone horrible place

Although lately the staff isn’t super friendly the subs are great! We stop here at least once a month and hardly ever have issues.

I ate lunch at this Subway today. Two young people were working there, handing food. NEITHER had a cap or hairnet or hair securement of any kind on. The young man kept finger-combing his hair. I said something to them about covering their hair, but they disregarded my question. Gross. Did Subway do away with the caps???
