This place used to be good. Now it’s a joke. Waitresses just talking amongst themselves. Not attentive to tables. Has AUCE ribs and it took the waitress 20 minutes to come check on reorders. But you could hear them all talking in the back room. It wasn’t that they were busy, there were maybe 4-6 tables with customers in them. All other tables were empty. We came here to use a gift card we had. Good thing we did, because we won’t be back. Do yourself a favor and eat anywhere else. They don’t want to serve you here.

The restaurant is under construction inside. Plastic hanging off the ceiling to floor.I get there at 3:15pm on 1/11/2023. There are two tables one with parents and an infant and one parents and three children. Service and food was taking forever. Those two got appetizers after 45 minutes. I got water and I asked my server for extra napkins she had in her had from other tables. The forth table came in; a couple. This couple asked for a bar drink it took 1/2 hour after they asked an employee. The two couples with kids asked for the manager. They wanted to pay for their drinks and appetizers and wanted to leave. Their entrees were taking too long. I seen a commercial on T.V. about a "special" they had. The special was for AUCE Boneless Chicken Wings, Rib tips and Breaded Shrimp for w/ fries for $14.99. I get a "regular sized" reorder BECAUSE the cook thought it was a carry out. My food came in a plastic to-go container. I asked fro a reorder of shrimp. I could later hear the manager scolding the cook that he is to give (5) pieces to a reorder request. If that would have been the case I may have been still there when they turned off the lights and closed. My DINING EXPERIENCE WAS 3:15-5:30PM. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!

To go order was an hour later than promised. Missing full meal + 1 side. No apology, no refund, just bad service - missing food - unprofessional employees - incompetent management. And don't do carside - they just ignore you and wait for you to come inside to wait while they ignore you for 45 more minutes. This used to be a good place to go before they stopped giving a shlt.

The service was okay, not great. The food was okay, not great. The building had a kind of run down feel to it but it was okay, not great. I had the shrimp and steak and it was cooked well, but not great. The overall experience was just okay, not great.

Will not be going back. For a heads up don’t order the French onion soup. Per the manager this is the new recipe for the soup. I did not eat any of it and there was maybe 1/4 soup actually in the cup. Our server was horrible. He set down hot plates at the end and did not warn us how hot they would be. Never got any drink refills. Asked to talk to the manager and that took 20 minutes. Our server was on his phone the whole time and just sitting down. Out of the 3 tables there, 2 (including myself) had issues with there order.

Waited to be seated for a few minutes until we finally had to walk up to the bartender to ask where we could sit.Every single person in my party had dirty utensils given to them. And some of the new ones that were brought out also had food on them.Waitress was nice and personable, but didn't seem knowledgeable. She might have been new. Although, she is really the only reason I'm not giving a lower score.Some of the meals were so-so and the rest were not good or incorrect. They were also out of a lot of things. Very disappointing. I keep trying to give this place a chance, but nah. Won't be going back there.P.S. Adding a pic of the chicken my friend got. It was supposed to have an Alfredo sauce. They literally laid a piece of sliced cheese on top and halfway melted it.

If I could give 0 stars I would.Server came to our table did not introduce himself so have no idea what to call him.Plates where dirty, smoothie you could see big chunks of ice in them from not being made properly. This place is the worst of the worst, I'm from out of town but I would definitely not be coming back here if I ever visit again. 0/10 on the whole experience.

The service was amazing! The guy that came to greet us at the door was so friendly and full of energy, he honestly brightened my day! I went there with my bf and his mum and it was a very good experience. The waiter we had was also friendly and nice :)The food was awesome! I got the bourbon chicken and shrimp. 10/10, I highly recommend this place. I was surprised it was so empty!

Horrible service. They had a grand total of three tables including ours. Every single table had issues. Servers constantly disappeared not to be seen for over 10 minutes. My food came out 20+ minutes after my wife's. Only because we asked where it was. My side was cold from sitting in the window and my steak that was ordered medium rare was well done and tasteless. The building is dirty and short staffed. It should honestly just close to make room for a better managed restraunt.

If I could give less than 1 star I would.Slow service. Bad food. Not one table in the place was happy, and there were only 4 tables.I'm not sure if they don't use trays, but they were carrying everything out 2 things at a time instead of using a tray like a normal restaurant would. We were served our app and my meal at the same time. Beer cheese was cold. She said she would have my husband's meal right out.15 minutes go by without seeing her. I was completely done eating by the time she came back, without his food. Acted surprised the other guy did not bring out my husband's food. His was brought out like 5 minutes after that, the steak well done when he asked for medium rare, like they had just cooked it more to warm it up after sitting there for 15 minutes. Our baby was tired and feeding off our frustration, which was not helping. The waitress came back and offered to hold him for me but I said no, and she hung out weirdly close to us after that trying to calm down my baby when we just wanted to go home.

Wow, actually some of the worst service I can remember ever having. Started out okay with the seating and drinks then quickly down hill. When the food came two of us were served our full meal, while one received a plate of only shrimp, no cocktail sauce no sides just a plate of sad looking shrimp. I was able to eat my entire meager potion of food and still just a sad plate of shrimp. Eventually after I walk up to the hostess did they reheated the shrimp, add the fries, coleslaw and sauce. My steak was well done instead of medium, mash potatoes are obviously reconstituted tasted a bit off, broccoli was good. Their fries had a unpleasant taste, like freezer burn or something not sure, barely eaten. Chicken Alfredo was average.

EVERYTHING WAS STALE besides the mozzarella sticks and mashed potatoes but the boneless buffalo chicken, salad, and a 2 sides of fries……. Never again

Even with them short staffed they are normally great, but this time staff had voices raised at each other and even at customers at one point. I don't recommend wasting time at a place where the staff are being rude.

We went on a Friday night (8-12-2022). We were seated next to two booths filled with very loud and rude young people. They really gave our waitress a rough time, but she was always pleasant and patient with them. The place wasn't busy but it took us over an hour to get our food. When my order came out, it was the wrong order, so I sent it back. 10 minutes later, my order came and it was still wrong! Third time is a charm except it was missing toppings. It did taste good. My husband ordered the 8 oz. sirloin, done medium rare. He was served the 6 oz and it was med. well done. Apparently they were breaking in a new cook so the kitchen was a mixed up mess. Our waitress was very nice, but after all the mistakes she said, "I don't know what's going on in the kitchen tonight but I think they're sharing one brain cell between them and it's not quite enough." We used to go to this location more often, busy but with good service and decent food, but they can't seem to get back into the groove since Covid. We probably won't make use of this location again.

Absolutely terrible experience. I usually never have a problem with Applebees but this was just awful. Where to begin? The restaurant was EMPTY except for one other family. We waited 10 minutes for a server, and another 10 for drinks. I started a stopwatch when we ordered our food. It took 29 minutes to get our food.My sister’s burger was black and hard, and had a HAIR INSIDE THE CHEESE. My ranch did not taste like ranch, we forgot a spoon for my mother’s soup, and there was a ton of grease on my other sisters plate.My mother asked for a spoon and so the waiter went to go get one. When he came back, HE PULLED THE SPOON OUT OF HIS PANTS POCKET. We all lost our appetite when my sister found a hair in her burger, and so we asked for the bill. When he asked why my sister didn’t eat much of her burger, she said that there was a hair in it. The waiter asked what color the hair was, and she said that it was brown. And then he said “It wasn’t my hair!” I don’t care who’s hair it was - the point was that it was a HAIR. We all kind of looked at each other awkwardly and then the waiter said “Yeah I can tell the food was disgusting” and we didn’t know what to say. He brought us the bill and ANNOUNCED TO THE ENTIRE TABLE what the price was. He also leaned over watching my mother when she was writing the tip. As we were leaving, WE SAW AN OPEN BEER BOTTLE WHERE THE EMPLOYEES WERE. We high-tailed it out of there and that was that. Absolutely atrocious service and experience. Keep in mind we were the only people in there. Unbelievable.
