My dad , who is currently trying to stay alive as long as he can from Stage 4 terminal colorectal cancer has been stuck here since Tuesday due to an emergency procedure that he couldn’t make it to Oncology at Froedtert for. The complete lack of attention and care that they are providing him are simply ridiculous! Not answering his pages for water, blankets, and general needs all the way down to not communicating anything with him or us. To have terminal cancer, just having a kidney, gall bladder, appendix, part of intestine, part of his liver all removed recently and to be currently on chemo and to have to worry if these people are taking care of him is ridiculous. How this place is still in business is beyond me. Nothing better happen to him before we can have him transferred out. Somebody this sick should never be treated so poorly…
My mother was given 10 stitches in a 10 inch incision.. 1 stich per inch. wound wasn't even closed when we left. she had to be stapled at a different facility to actually close the wound. so upset that the ambulance insisted on bring us to that hospital.
This was a great place to stop to get a fresh made meal. Thank you

Just sat in the ER for 2 hours, I was the second person there, and people kept coming in and coming in. And there just putting people in front of me. They are not professional. I am extremely sick, and my heart beat was out of control, and they put all these people in front of me. It’s disgusting. Then I ask how much longer she proceeds to tell me two more hours and the waiting room is packed. But 4 people went before me. Not professional. Idc what the situation is, I was there first. And for 4 people to go in front of me? You guys didn’t care about my care, nor what was wrong with me.
They have a very good food selection at a reasonable price. They weigh your meal to figure out the cost. I like making my own burrito there. The dining area is clean, and spacious but hard to relax in. But for me being in a hospital is not very relaxing anyway.

I’ve had to go to the ER a few times this year and my health needs where not heard. My mother recently called the Spanish line and someone in English answered her call. It wasn’t until I interrupted and requested that an interpreter should be on the phone line. I had to say it two times in order for her to understand my request. There is no excuse for this. If you have the ability and resources available, please do not take your family here.
I rather bleed to death trying to save myself alone then ever put my life in the hands of this “business” they killed my father and my grandfather a week apart! Accused my sister of physical assault of nurse when my dad was dying called the police on us for trying to be with our dad as he was actively dying while he was strapped to the hospital bed! There’s so much more.

Thank you Dr. Bamrah and his incredible staff including splinting and check in area for the amazing care you gave Addalyn and Owl. The surprise gifts from Hollymae and Noelle filled our hearts! Ascension is extremely blessed to have you all be part of their team! Each one of you have gone above and beyond! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
A very nice cafeteria, and while the food isn't bad, it still kind of has that hospital food vibe. If you know you know.
I highly don’t recommend the e.r part. I havent been there since march of 2021. I can understand small misdiagnosis such as having a pulled muscle and being told something else or even having a cold but really having strep. What is not okay is going with extreme abdominal pain 13 days after giving birth and being told that the pain is normal and to take Tylenol. No xrays, or anything done other than blood work and an ultrasound. Not even 24 hours later, i was at the aurora e.r. In kenosha. I had to wait for 6 hours sadly, but it was crazy busy. Well, after the wait was over, within 1.5 hours after getting scans, blood work, ect done I’m finding out my gallbladder is actually about to burst and there was no reason on why it wasn’t caught 24hours prior. So if you need a cast and you know for sure or you need something small like antibiotics or fluids cause your sick and dehydrated, definitely go to ascension. But anything else is you risking your life. I couldve died had i not gone to get a 2nd opinion.

Breakfast has always been pretty good and definitely reasonable. Too much cheese in the cheese grits. I had a big clump of cheese and not as many grits. Overall no complaints at all.
