FYI you might want them to make your order fresh! I wanted a cinnamon pretzel which he didn't have at the time, he had cinnamon bites, I asked how long they've been sitting there; he said 15 mins. So I said I'd wait 10 mins for a fresh pretzel instead; so he proceeded to let me touch/squeeze one of the cinnamon bites to see that it's still fresh but it felt a bit hard. So I said no thank you, and he proceeded to put it in a bag and put it back under the warming light with the rest after I touched it. Ewe! I hope he doesn't sell that ti someone else but it was still there when I left! I don't recommend this place.

I wanted fresh mini hot dogs, they had one sitting out, I asked how long for fresh ones. The lady went back and forth and refused to make fresh ones. It’s 12:15 pm, you have to make more regardless. She refused. I waited, someone grabbed them. I went and ordered 2, she had an attitude. What happened to good customer service? She also handled a transaction with the same gloves on and never changed them.

Worst service ever! Ordered, payment accepted and then the poor Dasher got there they refused to make the food. Wasted both of our time and the Dasher didn't get paid!!!

So me and my girl craved these pretzels and man they were especially good this time. I got regular for her and I to share. I tipped the worker $5 and he didn’t want to take it so when he wasn’t looking I left it on counter. After eating the pretzels I was thirsty so I got a soda for her and I to share and he gave me two sodas and another order of pretzels on the house and it filled me with so much love and respect for this place. They also moved to a nicer part of the mall so that was a nice touch too. Don’t listen to these bad reviews, they’re so worth the trip and still my favorite snack in Racine.

Tried to give me someone else's order after being handed back.I watched the customer touch the food and realize it wasn't their order and handed it back.The elderly employee tried to hand it to me, and I said, "No! That's gross. They've already touched it, I don't want that. "They said, "No, no, no, no, not touched!"After a 20-minute wait, I was finally able to get my small pretzel bite.*Avoid*

They are listed as opening at 10:00am on the day I went (a Tuesday) but open whenever they feel like it. Person working was rude; instead of greeting me and stating they didn’t feel like opening (already an hour past the time listed), she just shouted “10-15 minutes” when I tried to speak to her.Malls are dying and I’ll be sad to see every location but this one die off.

If you haven't tried Auntie Anne's DO ITTTTT! This is my family's fav we always have to stop when we see one and don't worry you can't go wrong with any type plain, pretzel dogs, or if your feeling sweet try the cinnamon ?
