This place is amazing. Food is phenomenal! D is hands down the best, most passionate for his job waiter we've ever had! At any restaurant we've experienced! A HUGE asset to the business! The bussboys were on it as well! Glad to see this place make such an amazing comeback! This should be the busiest restaurant in Racine!

Used to go here quite often back when it was Boosters Bouy, was reminiscent of how amazing their Mac & Cheese was. Went to the ChartRoom hoping that this would be at least a similar experience. The food was quite pricey (about 15$ up) especially for the quality which was about a 2 out of 5. The worst part of the experience was that we went when it wasn't super busy (about 5 tables plus the bar) and it took almost an hour to get our check and it was impossible to ask our hostess any questions as she was constantly at the bar. That however might not have been all her fault as it seemed only 2 wait staff were on duty. Overall the waitress was super nice but this restaurant just isn't where it should be for the price.

I don't normally leave reviews but our experience was so bad I feel it'd be a disservice to future customers if I didn't. We waited over 20 minutes for our order to be taken, I'm not even sure who our waiter was meant to be; after being seated no one came to our table at any point without needing to be called over first. After ordering we then had to wait almost an hour before ultimately having to flag someone down to find our food. The food itself was dry and flavorless, and we're pretty sure it was forgotten and then reheated since they brought it out immediately after we asked about it, despite having had to wait an hour beforehand. Furthermore, the steak was overcooked and had to be sent back, and the second one was slightly undercooked but at least edible. I am genuinely impressed by how awful the food and service was, and would sooner go dumpster diving behind a McDonald's than eat here again.

They should turn on their outdoor fireside tables so when it’s chilly and there’s a band it will be inviting for people to go outside and listen. Missed opportunity for the live music.

The food was really not good at all, yeah the ambience was a vibe, nice outdoor seating right by the river. Elaina was a really good server. but yeah the food was so bad honestly.
Came here with a big group of 15 people. Our servers were super friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. One person in our group’s order was wrong and the servers and chef made it right and apologized not less than 3 times. The chef even came out to make sure we enjoyed everything. The food is solid and everything was reasonably priced. Loved being on the water—it’s beautiful! Would definitely go again.

I wanted to try a fish fry from a place I hadn't experienced before and I think I found my new favorite. The pieces were big and cooked just right. The potato pancakes were also perfectly seasoned and cooked. Something as simple as tartar sauce was also exceptional. Even the PUP meals were a huge hit (looked good enough for me to dig into). The dogs probably didn't even taste their food as it was gone in mere seconds. I will definitely be ordering here again! (I would've posted a picture but everyone just dove right in and pictures of empty containers wouldn't be appropriate....) My only complaint is that only one of the fish dinners had lemon (I ordered four). That's small based on the outstanding quality of the food.

I highly recommend the Chartroom Restaurant and hats off to Chef Mark and his staff as they were outstanding for our daughter's rehearsal dinner last Friday night, August 1st. We were a large party (34) and he and his staff made sure we were well taken care of and made room for us inside the restaurant even though they were super busy that night. The food was outstanding and we were all served very quickly. Everyone was pleased about their meal and were still talking about it the next day. Thank you Chef Mark and your staff for a job well done. If you get a chance to go to the Chartroom we highly recommend it!!!! Kurt and Lorie
