I threw a party, my party had 9 guests. My membership says I get $30 off of the mega party which is the party I threw. She did not let me use my $30 off because she claims it has to be a minimum of 10 people. I don't see anywhere where it says this. I came home to look over it rather than argue with her and I still don't see anywhere where it says this. If it's hidden somewhere then shame on them for the trap. However this kind of took from my day because I went in and expecting to save. This is a very small Chuck e cheese location there wasn't many games for older kids. First people say some kids grow up too fast and then you've got places like this that don't let him be kids long enough lol. Otherwise everything was very kind friendly peaceful I can't complain but it really took me that they didn't allow me to use my $30 I paid for a membership basically just to pay for a membership I don't go enough times and when I do go they don't let you use the coupons you think you have.

The day I went for my nieces birthday party all you smelled was the bathroom it smelled like a porta potty wasn't very happy with that situation.... other than that the employees were very helpful and respectful

The family truly enjoy (and always do) going to Chuck E. Cheese. The Gold Membership makes it enjoyable to have low cost fun for the grandkids (and adults).

For every bad image this place mafe for its self back in the days is really so different now days. Just went in november of 2025 and it was very clean and staff were friendly. Not many workers was the only down side but considering it was 3 customers when we came on a weekday i cant blame them for not wanting to pay a ton of people.
Great fun for the kids amd all the games are 1 credit. So the 120 points was hours of entertainment

I really enjoyed seeing Chuck E. Cheese come out and interact with the children as if they really enjoyed seeing and making the children smile. That was the highlight of my Chuck E. Cheese experience to see the staff really engaging and enjoying what they’re doing it made me happy to see my offspring happy and really engaged with Chuck E. Cheese.
