I love that it has more space in the birthday room but I hate that there are not that many big kids games and they took away the ball room for the little kids.

To be expected it was loud but very clean.
There's a jumpy trampoline for kids to go on but when I asked the lady allowing the kids to jump how much it was she just said I don't know. I said where do I pay I don't know. Overall my kiddo loved it.

You need to explain how time cards work before someone purchase them.
Front worker with lip piercing has sour attitude as well as man with beard and long hair if you hate your job then quit don’t be rude to adults and children!! so disappointing.

We love it warm and friendly employees very clean and spacious will be going back very soon
Parking: It's very hard to get in and out with automobile vehicle transport very easily off the parking lot, remember we're dealing with kids it should be accessible for the kids to get in and out especially especially disabled children.

If I had a complaint, it would be Christmas music before Thanksgiving! But we all had a great time and look forward to returning, especially for another Homeschool Tuesday.

It's a great place for kids 5 plus.
There are a couple games for kids under 5 but not too many. It's too much like an older kid arcade I think.
Nothing like the way it used to be with games you really get to interact with like the old crush the spider games, the tubes or catch the flies in the frogs mouth, just simple things like that don't exist anymore. It does really suck for that reason. But if you're looking for something to keep your older kids 5+ entertained check it out. Pizza is delicious as usual. Not a fan of the cheesy bread.
Kid-friendliness: It's a great place for kids 5 plus.
There are a couple games for kids under 5 but not too many. I wasn't a fan of the creepy Halloween videos for small kids, A day after Halloween I thought that wouldn't have been shown.

Let me start by saying I’m a grandma, who hasn’t been into a Chuck E Cheese in a very LONG time!!! Went with my daughter and grandson yesterday, to the Racine location, couple blocks from our home! My daughter and grandson go there all the time, we’ve bought gift cards, package deals, etc! I was so blown away by this location!!! So clean and bright and so well maintained!! Unbelievable!!! The Manager was absolutely outstanding!!!! So impressed!
