I will be going to cousin's near regency Mall from now on. The quality of food here has consistently gotten worse and worse. I hope it turns around this has always been my favorite spot. Just doesn't seem to be any effort or care anymore.

I placed an online order and when I went to pick it up at the time I requested, they hadn't even started on the order. Three other people waiting had the same problem. The employees were too busy yelling at each other about an incorrect order to make subs. Then when I finally got my order it was also incorrect!!!

I will not return. Doesn't accept coupon from pick n save 2 doors down. Terrible service. Fries were over salted terribly. I'll stick with jersey Mike's or subway.
Why do u have the same response with every complaint. But no compensation. It's a sandwich, do better.

Sub was very stale and mush inside. Seems like they emptied a pre-made sub and used old bread to make our subs. Very disappointing. Final disappointment at this location!!

I don’t know if there’s new owners but I would not return here. I would rather drive across town to the other cousins than go to this cousins. I went in to order subs and asked to make them a meal. The cashier said that was only online. I pointed to the menu showing her where it literally says you can make it a meal. I don’t know if she was just trying to up charge me or didn’t know her own menu. Would avoid this cousins or order online so you don’t have to deal with them taking your order in person.

They are absolutely so slow for making orders. Don't bother calling in your order, you'll have to wait when you get here before they even start the order

Just another pissed off (now ex) customer here. Ordered a bacon chicken cheddar delux. What the hell is this!?!?!? Reading the other comments on here and looks like it's a common issue that these guys don't know how to make a sub. Good news is with Subway, Jersey Mike's, G&C, Captain John's, and Firehouse Subs all near and all MUCH BETTER at making a sandwich I don't see this place being around to complain about much longer anyways hopefully
If you like being surprised by getting something different from what you ordered this may be the place for you. The last 3 times I’ve order from this location have all been wrong orders. Today I went in to get two loaves of bread and when I got my receipt I saw that they put the order in for 2 large fries. I told the employee and she handed me 2 loaves of bread but didn’t offer to refund my order and correct it.

New owners. Beware very skimpy on toppings!I've been coming here for years. ?Last 2 times I've been there very disappointingWhy have a place for special comments and you guys don't even read them? I mean bc when I receive the receipt I see perfectly where I asked for no let. Or no onions.Why pay $8 a sub and get barely anything. Very disappointing. I don't think I'll be back.

I go for the same sub every time no matter if I order online or go in they still do not make my sub right like how can you not just add extra mayo and oil/vinegar it’s actually simple it’s not like I’m asking for something difficult and what gets me is they look you right in your face and lie
