Sometimes I wish that maybe one more register was open to move more people, but I will take that since everything else is always perfect. Culvers has been my go-to since high school and it still hits every time. I grabbed a Sourdough Melt the other day and it was fresh, juicy, and way better than the usual fast food. Had to get cheese curds too, those are undefeated.
The people working there are always cool, like they actually care instead of rushing you through. My food came out fast but still hot and fresh.
I usually end it with a concrete mixer; mint Oreo never disappoints. Honestly, Culver’s is one of the few spots where I know I’ll leave full and happy every single time.
I placed an order through uber eats for pick up by mistake. I called uber eats immediately to have them cancel the order so I can reorder for delivery. They told me I had to work with culvers and that they wouldn't refund me because culvers already accepted the order. I called the store and spoke to a very nice girl who tried to help me. Then the store manager Keagan came on the phone and explained they tried everything they could but could not get a refund. As a solution Keagan personally delivered my order to my home. I am forever grateful and will always order from this location going forward.

My first time eating at the location and loved it, friendly staff good environment excellent food had me a Butter Burger, Cheese curds and a Strawberry Malt. Recommend to all go to this location, will go again. PS: If ordering online the only issue doesn't have dine-in option.

I’m not usually one to leave negative reviews, but after this happened a second time, I felt it needed to be said.
The first incident happened about a year ago. I ordered a burger, and when I cut it in half to share with my son, I found a hair embedded in the beef patty. I called the location, and while the employee apologized and offered to remake it, I declined — my appetite was gone. I submitted a complaint through the Culver’s website with photos but never received any follow-up. I let it go, assuming accidents happen — we’re all human.
Fast forward to this year, my husband wanted to give this location another chance since it’s the closest one to us. He ordered chicken tenders — something simple — and while eating, we discovered yet another hair cooked into the breading of the chicken.
This time, I emailed corporate and received a response that, because each location is individually owned, they couldn’t offer a refund. They said they’d forward the issue to the owner, Tim Haman, at the 21st Street location in Racine. It’s now been over a week, and again, no response.
Safe to say we’ve learned our lesson and won’t be returning. Two separate incidents a year apart, no real accountability, and no follow-up from management. Very disappointing.
