Second Chances Done Right: A Five-Star Turnaround at Culver’s on 21st Street
I returned to the Culver’s on 21st Street in Racine after a previous visit that fell short of expectations. The manager encouraged me to come back and give them another opportunity, and I’m very glad I did—this visit earned five stars.
The restaurant was clean, welcoming, and well maintained, setting a positive tone right away. The staff was friendly, but Davita truly stood out. She was extremely helpful during order selection and very patient when I momentarily misplaced my wallet. Her professionalism and kindness made the experience stress-free and enjoyable.
I ordered a hamburger basket with a drink upgrade, and everything was hot, fresh, and prepared perfectly. The burger was flavorful, the fries were cooked just right, and the drink was ice-cold—exactly what you expect from Culver’s when it’s done well.
This visit was a complete turnaround and showed that this location values feedback and is committed to improvement. Kudos to the manager for encouraging a return visit, and special recognition to Davita for delivering exceptional service.
If you’ve had a mixed experience before, I recommend giving this Culver’s another try—ask for Davita and see the difference for yourself.

I always love my Culvers but this one goes above and beyond. The food was perfect. Nothing came out cold, they made it exactly as ordered. And of course the staff gave the traditional courteous and friendly treatment as always.

D e l i c o u s, again. Went to culvers upon my grandaughter request to get some hot chocolate and FF. They still have best FF in fast food industry. Unfortunately,year ago I was very disgusted with a greasy walley dinner on hyw 50 keno. Ask to speak to manager, no response. Contacted corporate, no return call or to remedy my displeasure. I am still in personal protest of culvers as they care about $$ not customer quality and satisfaction. Still awaiting resolve and still protesting poor customer rectifying displeasure. The board of directors should know there product is under protest.

Our takeout order was not up to what I usually expect from this location. Fries under cooked ice-cream was left off order had to wait longer than usually 1pm on a weekday
No complaints, this place is very busy all the time and do their best

Sometimes I wish that maybe one more register was open to move more people, but I will take that since everything else is always perfect. I can't think of one time and I was missing an item or had an incorrect order. Keep up the good work! We thank you!
